Em outras palavras, a equipe de Business Analytics utiliza técnicas de estatística, algoritmos, métodos estocásticos e de otimização para modelar dados internos e externos para gerar informações valiosas que possam conduzir ações de melhoria de negócios.  Estamos em busca de um candidato que traga um pensamento estruturado, um viés para a ação (hands-on), experiência comprovada em projetos de Ciência de Dados (modelos de Behaviour Score, Collection, Churn, Price Prediction, etc), habilidades de comunicação com clientes e um espírito de colaboração.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e implementar modelos de machine (classificação, regressão e segmentação) utilizando as mais diversas bibliotecas em python;Validação de modelos de machine learning utilizando as mais diversas métricas e conceitos, como matriz de confusão, backtesting, out of time, treino e teste, safras, ROC-AUC e KS;Manusear dados de diferentes fontes, consolidado os dados em estruturas tangíveis para análise. Os dados nem sempre vão estar no mesmo ambiente ou no formato ideal para aplicação do modelo;Gerar status das atividades assim como estrutura clara de processo de dados para defender as soluções no nível estratégico;Gerar storytelling e montar apresentações para comunicação de resultados de modelagem e análises;Contribuir com mudança de processos, melhorando por via de dados a ponto de impactar financeiramente a empresa;Colaborar com as equipes de Infraestrutura de Dados, Engenharia de Dados e Sistemas e Engenharia de Processos para integrar da melhor forma possível as soluções analíticas desenvolvidas dentro das ferramentas e processos já existentes internamente;Acompanhar e propor mudanças na área, visando melhorias nos processos relacionados às atividades, projetos e ações a serem implantadas, visando incorporar as melhores práticas de mercado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em áreas de Exatas (Estatística, Computação, Matemática, Física, Engenharia e etc) ou áreas relacionadas; Experiência de no mínimo 5 anos atuando em projetos de Ciência de Dados (modelos de Behaviour Score, Collection, Churn, Price Prediction, etc), com impacto comprovado nas áreas de Negócios;Conhecimentos obrigatórios: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Pandas, Scikit-learn;Desejável: conhecimentos em databricks, MLOps e pós-graduação em exatas;Diferencial: ter trabalhado em projetos de Séries Temporais;Inglês - Nível Avançado; Disponibilidade para viagens as operações e escritórios da Minerva para mapeamentos de oportunidades, entendimentos de processos, validações e suporte ao cliente.
