Estamos avaliando profissionais em diferentes níveis de senioridade (Júnior, Pleno e Sênior)!Buscamos uma pessoa com experiência em desenvolvimento de campanhas, para atuar como Analista de Campanhas Digitais, com perfil técnico e olhar voltado à performance, que será responsável por criar e automatizar campanhas e jornadas inteligentes de Email Marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, IN-APP e Push Messages.Embora esta não seja uma vaga para desenvolvimento de software, é fundamental ter conhecimento em lógica de programação, manipulação de dados e automações, pois você atuará diretamente na construção e operacionalização de campanhas dentro das principais plataformas de CRM do mercado, como: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Braze, Adobe, Insider, Emarsys, Yalo e CleverTap.Se você gosta de unir tecnologia e criatividade para entregar comunicações personalizadas em escala, essa vaga é pra você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e construir automações e campanhas de marketing dos nossos clientes e implementá-las usando as principais plataformas de CRM do mercado;Transformar HTMLs estáticos em HTMLs altamente personalizados, onde o resultado será renderizado de acordo com quem está recebendo;Otimizar campanhas e jornadas, por meio de recursos técnicos e estratégicos;Construir segmentações usando SQL, combinado com recursos nativos das principais plataformas de CRM do mercado;Integrar dados de landing pages e forms com as plataformas, e usar esses dados para disparar as campanhas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos obrigatórios: Lógica de programação;SQL;HTML e CSS;JavaScript;Habilidade em resolução de problemas e autodidatismo.Habilidade para aprender novas tecnologias e trabalhar com documentação técnica.Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com clientes e stakeholders.Diferenciais:Fluência em Inglês ou Espanhol;Experiência em marketing digital;Experiência em desenvolvimento backend (linguagens como C#, Java, Python, etc.);Experiência com linguagens de plataformas, com AMPscript, RPL, ESL, LIQUID, etc;Experiência em plataformas de CRM e Marketing Digital.
