Havendo alguma oportunidade adequada ao seu perfil, entraremos em contato!Esta vaga engloba serviços da área de Suporte Técnico , tais como: Controle Técnico de Manutenção; Engenharia; Planejamento e Controle de Produção; Qualidade; Inspetoria; Apoio ao Cliente.Boa sorte!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais são as missões dos cargos de Suporte Técnico?A maior missão para os funcionários que atuam nos setores de Suporte Técnico da TAM, é a responsabilidade, o alto grau de comprometimento com as principais responsabilidades, para garantir o melhor que a empresa pode oferecer, aos clientes e a equipe.Entre os cargos da área, temos como responsabilidades e atribuições:Controle Técnico de Manutenção: Efetuar o controle técnico das aeronaves, registrar os serviços de manutenção conforme legislação vigente, atualizar os planos de manutenção das aeronaves, entre outras.Engenharia: Prestar suporte à área de manutenção, a fim de contribuir na qualidade dos serviços de manutenção das aeronaves e dos seus componentes e   auxiliar no desenvolvimento de projetos especiais em aeronaves (ex.: renovação, instalação de melhorias/acessórios) visando a incorporação de melhorias na frota de aeronaves executivas.Planejamento e Controle de Produção: Manter o planejamento e controle da Manutenção, visando atender os objetivos de distribuição e otimizar a capacidade de Manutenção.Qualidade: Manter controle das atividades relacionadas a manutenção e calibração das ferramentas e equipamentos da organização de manutenção.Inspetoria: Executar o acompanhamento e inspeção dos serviços de manutenção realizados pela oficina referente a célula, motor, hélice e demais componentes, conforme previsto na especificação técnica aprovada pela ANAC.Apoio ao Cliente: Executar tarefas de apoio a Unidade de Negócios de Manutenção, envolvendo organização de agenda, redação de ata de reuniões, preparação de relatórios e/ou apresentações, bem como atendimento e filtragem de ligações telefônicas, entre outras responsabilidades referente a cada cargo da área comercial. Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar de nossos processos futuros dentro desta área, solicitamos que você esteja dentro dos seguintes requisitos:Ensino Superior Cursando ou Completo dentro da área de atuação desejada.Inglês Básico; Intermediário; Fluente.Experiência e Conhecimento Técnico a depender do cargo desejado (Jr; Pleno; Sênior).
