O Parque de Inovação Tecnológica de São José dos Campos (PIT SJC) é um ambiente que conecta empresas, startups, universidades, governo e profissionais para promover inovação, empreendedorismo e desenvolvimento regional. Dentro desse ecossistema, o Cluster TIC Vale reúne empresas e instituições do setor de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação, promovendo conexões, oportunidades de negócios, inovação e desenvolvimento do setor da região. Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Bolsista no Cluster TIC, apoiando as atividades, projetos e iniciativas desenvolvidas pelo programa. A oportunidade é voltada para quem tem interesse em tecnologia, inovação, desenvolvimento regional e ecossistemas de negócios, e deseja vivenciar de perto a articulação entre empresas, instituições, governo e demais atores do ecossistema. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar revisão bibliográfica e documental sobre clusters, ecossistemas de inovação, governança colaborativa, redes e avaliação de desempenho;Elaborar o protocolo de pesquisa, definindo problema, objetivos, fontes, métodos, categorias analíticas, indicadores e procedimentos de registro;Coletar, organizar e analisar dados primários e secundários, observadas as exigências éticas e institucionais aplicáveis;Mapear atores, competências, relações de cooperação, lacunas e oportunidades dos ecossistemas pesquisados;Realizar análises qualitativas, quantitativas e comparativas para identificar fatores críticos de cooperação e inovação;Propor e avaliar instrumentos metodológicos de governança, priorização, monitoramento e gestão do conhecimento;Contribuir para a formulação e validação de projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação derivados das evidências produzidas;Produzir relatórios, bases organizadas e produtos técnico-científicos e participar de atividades de discussão e disseminação da pesquisa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento em métodos de pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa, revisão bibliográfica e análise documental;Experiência ou familiaridade com planejamento estratégico, indicadores, gestão de projetos e análise de processos;Capacidade de elaborar relatórios, diagnósticos e outros produtos técnico-científicos;Domínio de ferramentas de organização e análise de dados; leitura em inglês será considerada diferencial.Características comportamentais desejadasPensamento analítico, curiosidade científica e atenção à qualidade das evidências;Organização, autonomia e responsabilidade no cumprimento das metas de pesquisa;Boa comunicação oral e escrita e capacidade de trabalhar colaborativamente;Postura ética, discrição e compromisso com confidencialidade, proteção de dados e integridade científica;Iniciativa, capacidade de aprendizagem e adaptação a ambientes multidisciplinares.
