O Parque de Inovação Tecnológica São José dos Campos (PIT) é um ambiente de inovação que conecta empresas, universidades, centros de pesquisa, governo e sociedade para transformar conhecimento em soluções de impacto real.Estamos em busca de um(a) Bolsista de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (CT&I) para atuar na Diretoria de CT&I, apoiando o desenvolvimento de projetos estratégicos, programas de inovação aberta e iniciativas voltadas à gestão da inovação, empreendedorismo e propriedade intelectual.Você fará parte de uma equipe colaborativa, dinâmica e altamente conectada com o ecossistema de inovação. Buscamos alguém com perfil proativo, organizado e com vontade genuína de contribuir para o fortalecimento do setor de CT&I do PIT.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar em projetos relacionados às temáticas de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (CT&I);Apoiar o desenvolvimento de ferramentas de gestão da inovação;Organizar e estruturar materiais e processos da Diretoria de CT&I;Apoiar o desenvolvimento e elaboração de projetos junto à comunidade do PIT;Contribuir para a estruturação e execução de programas de inovação aberta, especialmente junto ao Programa Colmeia;Participar de ações de interação universidade-empresa;Apoiar a organização e execução de eventos voltados à CT&I;Auxiliar no acompanhamento e monitoramento de projetos e indicadores.Experiência em desenvolvimento e estruturação de projetos de CT&I;Vivência com gestão da inovação, empreendedorismo ou transferência de tecnologia;Experiência em organização de processos e estruturação de áreas;Desejável estar cursando mestrado em temática correlata à CT&I.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em áreas relacionadas à Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação, Gestão da Inovação, Engenharia, Administração, ou áreas afins;Desejável estar cursando mestrado em temática correlata.Pacote Office (principalmente Excel e PowerPoint);Ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (como ChatGPT ou similares);Noções de planejamento, execução e acompanhamento de projetos;Desejável inglês intermediário.Canva;Adobe.Proatividade;Organização;Boa comunicação e facilidade de interação;Trabalho em equipe;Visão sistêmica e interesse por inovação.
