Queremos transformar e revolucionar a educação infantil, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento integral e saudável das crianças e apoiando suas famílias, assim vamos melhorar o futuro da sociedade!Como Auxiliar de Classe você será responsável por apoiar e colaborar com o (a) Educador (a) Infantil para promover o bom funcionamento da sala, garantindo o bem-estar, segurança, bom tratamento, atendimento e educação das crianças, bem como o atendimento aos familiares e responsáveis quando necessário e cumprindo as políticas da Vitamina, processos e protocolos.Responsabilidades y atribucionesPrestar apoio e colaborar com a Educadora, favorecendo o funcionamento adequado da sala, garantindo o bem-estar, segurança, Bom Trato, serviços e educação das crianças, assim como a atenção às famílias sempre que necessário;Executar corretamente os processos e protocolos estabelecidos, permanecendo alerta e vigilante sobre o bem-estar e cuidado das crianças durante todo o período, atuando de forma rápida ao detectar qualquer risco de segurança ou bem-estar infantil que presencie;Promover e estimular o clima positivo em cada uma das salas e com cada uma das crianças;Participar ativamente do trabalho pedagógico para assegurar a implementação e cumprimento efetivo do programa educativo, fomentando o desenvolvimento pessoal e sócia das crianças e a aprendizagem ativo-reflexiva;Colaborar com a Educadora e com a equipe educativa no planejamento educacional mensal, aportando propostas de atividades.Requisitos y calificacionesEnsino médio completo com experiência em educação infantil; ouFormação superior em Pedagogia em curso ou concluída;Ter vivência anterior nas atividades descritas;Disponibilidade para trabalhar no período integral.Informaciones adicionalesContratação: CLT + benefícios VA + VTJornada de trabalho: 44 horas semanaisDisponibilidade e mobilidade para trabalhar na região de Santos - SP
