Você terá papel central na estratégia de suprimentos do nosso negócio de transmissão, atuando desde a identificação de necessidades até a formalização de contratos de alta complexidade, com impacto direto nos resultados da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Definir e implementar a estratégia de compras da categoria, realizando análises de mercado, inteligência competitiva e avaliação de riscos.- Liderar processos de sourcing estratégicos acima de R$ 3 milhões, conduzindo negociações e contratações com eficiência e conformidade.- Gerenciar o relacionamento com fornecedores estratégicos, conduzindo avaliações de desempenho com base em qualidade, custo, nível de serviço e indicadores ESG.- Coordenar o alinhamento entre áreas internas e stakeholders, garantindo a correta execução das políticas e diretrizes de Procurement.- Apoiar o Gerente de Categoria na construção do perfil da categoria, incluindo análise de demanda, mapeamento de fornecedores e elaboração de SWOT.- Monitorar resultados, consolidar savings e reportar desempenho, buscando melhoria contínua e geração de valor para o negócio.- Acompanhar tendências tecnológicas, regulatórias e de mercado para identificar oportunidades de otimização e inovação na cadeia de suprimentos.Requisitos e qualificações- Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.- Experiência sólida em compras estratégicas, gestão de contratos e negociação com fornecedores no segmento de alta tensão ou infraestrutura de transmissão.- Inglês avançado, com capacidade para conduzir reuniões frequentes e reportar à Europa.- Domínio de Office 365 e análise de dados aplicada a contratos e fornecedores.- Conhecimentos em gestão de projetos e aspectos jurídicos de contratos.- Visão estratégica e holística do negócio de transmissão, com perfil analítico e orientado a resultados.- Excelente comunicação, resiliência e habilidade para construir relacionamentos em ambientes multiculturais.Informações adicionaisPra você e seus dependentes.Plano médico e Odontológico.Exclusivos pra você.Vale Alimentação e/ou Refeição;Auxílio Transporte;Previdência privada;Seguro de vida em grupo;Academia / Programas de qualidade de vida;Programa de Idiomas;Programa de Remuneração Variável.
