Está em busca de um(a) Conferente Técnico de Móveis Planejados, que seja um profissional com olhar técnico, organizado e atento aos detalhes, que tenha experiência no segmento de móveis planejados e queira assumir um papel estratégico na garantia da qualidade dos projetos, atuando desde a conferência técnica até o suporte à produção e montagem.Se você gosta de entender o projeto de ponta a ponta, identificar possíveis problemas antes que eles aconteçam e trabalhar em parceria com diferentes áreas, essa oportunidade pode fazer sentido para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConferência técnica dos projetos:Analisar tecnicamente os projetos desenvolvidos pela equipe comercial;Compatibilizar medidas, paginações e especificações técnicas;Validar as medidas coletadas em obra;Avaliar a viabilidade dos projetos de acordo com os padrões da empresa;Identificar inconsistências, interferências e possíveis erros antes da liberação para produção;Conferir acessórios, ferragens, corrediças, sistemas de iluminação, usinagens, acabamentos e demais especificações;Elaborar e revisar detalhamentos técnicos destinados à fábrica e às equipes de montagem;Garantir que os projetos estejam de acordo com padrões ergonômicos, funcionais e estéticos;Realizar atendimento e suporte técnico aos clientes quando necessário.Integração entre as áreas:Atuar como elo entre as áreas Comercial, Técnica, Fábrica e Montagem;Esclarecer dúvidas técnicas relacionadas aos projetos;Solicitar ajustes sempre que forem identificadas divergências;Garantir que todas as informações necessárias para a execução estejam corretamente documentadas antes do envio à produção.Controle de processos e prazos:Acompanhar os cronogramas dos projetos;Controlar os prazos de conferência e liberação;Organizar documentos, planilhas e registros técnicos;Garantir o cumprimento dos processos internos;Antecipar possíveis problemas e propor soluções antes do início da fabricação.Acompanhamento da montagem:Prestar suporte técnico às equipes de montagem;Auxiliar na resolução de eventuais intercorrências técnicas;Realizar visitas técnicas quando necessário;Garantir que a execução esteja alinhada ao projeto aprovado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Arquitetura, Design de Interiores ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 2 anos no segmento de móveis planejados;Conhecimento em processos produtivos de marcenaria;Domínio do Promob;Conhecimento em SketchUp;Conhecimento em AutoCAD;Conhecimento em compras de ferragens e acessórios e processos de montagem.Buscamos também um perfil com:Organização e disciplina para seguir processos e cumprir prazos;Atenção aos detalhes e olhar crítico para identificar possíveis erros;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em parceria com diferentes áreas;Capacidade de solucionar problemas de forma objetiva e colaborativa;Resiliência para lidar com mudanças, pressão e imprevistos;Senso de responsabilidade e compromisso com a qualidade das entregas.Informações adicionaisO que a empresa oferece:Contratação PJ;Remuneração fixa de R$ 2.000,00;Comissão de 1% sobre os projetos conferidos, de acordo com a experiência;Potencial de ganhos com comissão entre R$ 3.000,00 e R$ 10.000,00, conforme volume e desempenho;Vale-transporte ou auxílio-combustível;Alimentação na empresa.Modelo de trabalho: Presencial -Curitiba/PR -Região do Batel/BigorrilhoHorário:Segunda a sexta-feira: das 8h às 17h ou das 9h às 18h;Sábado: das 8h às 12h ou das 9h às 13h.Por que essa oportunidade?Você terá a oportunidade de atuar em uma empresa em crescimento, dentro de um segmento que valoriza qualidade, excelência e atenção aos detalhes, contribuindo diretamente para que os projetos saiam do papel com precisão e alto padrão de execução.Se você tem experiência com móveis planejados, domina as ferramentas técnicas e gosta de ser a pessoa que enxerga o detalhe que ninguém mais viu, queremos conhecer você!Candidate-se à vaga e venha fazer parte desse processo seletivo.
