Somos responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento, produção, distribuição e comercialização de lubrificantes, fluídos, graxas e coolants... mas nosso propósito vai muito além!Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) de Negócios para atuar na região de Cuiabá, sendo responsável por impulsionar o desenvolvimento dos negócios, fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes estratégicos e identificar oportunidades de crescimento em sua área de atuação. Buscamos um profissional com forte perfil relacional, pensamento analítico, senso de dono e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes. Essa posição terá papel fundamental na geração de valor para os clientes e na construção de estratégias voltadas para o crescimento sustentável dos negócios.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Atuar como consultor(a) de negócios B2B na região de MT, RO e AC;Desenvolver relacionamento próximo com clientes estratégicos e parceiros comerciais;Analisar indicadores de performance, metas, market share, mix de produtos, SKUs e movimentações da concorrência;Identificar oportunidades e gaps nos diferentes segmentos atendidos, propondo ações para maximizar resultados;Realizar visitas frequentes a clientes e unidades para compreender a operação e gerar oportunidades de negócio;Apoiar a execução das estratégias comerciais da região por meio de análises e recomendações;Utilizar ferramentas corporativas como CRM, Power BI e portais de previsão de vendas para gestão do negócio;Atuar em parceria com a liderança comercial na construção e execução dos planos da zona de vendas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Engenharia;Experiência prévia na área comercial, relacionamento com clientes ou desenvolvimento de negócios;Conhecimento em Excel e Power BI;Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes e permanência em outras cidades por alguns dias;Comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Residir no estado do Mato Grosso;
