Se você procura uma oportunidade de crescimento profissional em uma empresa que valoriza inovação, respeito, autonomia e parceria, você encontra aqui!Junte-se a nós e seja parte da mudança!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCONSULTOR(A) DE PROJETOS/ BUSINESS PARTNERLocal: Hibrido SP (Morumbi) Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar na interface entre negócios e tecnologia, garantindo a governança dos processos de TI, gestão de projetos, conformidade, riscos e acompanhamento de demandas estratégicas relacionadas ao ecossistema SAP e iniciativas de transformação digital.Profissional com atuação em times ágeis com foco em gestão de demandas de Dados, Inteligência Artificial, Machine Learning, Automações, Desenvolvimento de Agentes , Prompts de IA. Obs.: Atuação na implementação de produtos digitais de plataformaCertificação : Itil ou Cobit.

Principais Responsabilidades

Atuar na gestão e governança de serviços de TI, assegurando alinhamento entre as áreas de negócio e tecnologia. Gerenciar demandas, projetos e iniciativas utilizando metodologias ágeis e boas práticas de mercado. Apoiar a governança dos ambientes SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA e SAP GRC. Realizar acompanhamento de fornecedores, contratos e entregas de serviços de AMS SAP. Conduzir atividades relacionadas a compliance, auditoria ITGC, gestão de acessos e gestão de riscos. Apoiar processos de PMO, gerenciamento de mudanças e melhoria contínua dos processos de TI. Mapear requisitos junto às áreas de negócio, traduzindo necessidades em soluções tecnológicas. Utilizar ferramentas como ServiceNow e Azure DevOps para gestão de demandas, incidentes e projetos. Participar da implantação e evolução de produtos digitais e plataformas corporativas. Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas clientes, promovendo inovação e eficiência operacional.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo. Experiência em Governança de TI. Conhecimento em SAP ECC e SAP S/4HANA. Vivência com SAP GRC, AMS SAP, PMO e Gestão de Mudanças. Conhecimento em Compliance, Auditoria ITGC, Gestão de Acessos e Gestão de Riscos. Experiência com metodologias Agile e práticas PMI. Vivência com ServiceNow e Azure DevOps. Experiência em gestão de fornecedores e levantamento/mapeamento de requisitos.

Atuação em ambientes ágeis voltados para Dados, Inteligência Artificial, Machine Learning e Automação. Experiência com desenvolvimento de agentes digitais, IA Generativa e engenharia de prompts. Participação em iniciativas de transformação digital e implementação de produtos digitais de plataforma. Certificações ITIL e/ou COBIT.

Forte capacidade de relacionamento e influência junto às áreas de negócio. Visão estratégica e orientação para resultados. Perfil colaborativo, analítico e proativo. Excelente comunicação e habilidade de negociação. Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e em constante transformação.
