Não hesite em se candidatar agora mesmo.Vem com a gente e faça parte desse time onde cada dia é uma deliciosa descoberta!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar diretamente com franqueados, garantindo a execução dos padrões operacionais; e da proposta de valor da marca;Realizar diagnósticos operacionais; e financeiros das unidades, identificando oportunidades de melhoria de desempenho;Acompanhar indicadores do negócio, como vendas; CMV; qualidade; produtividade; e satisfação do cliente, propondo e acompanhando planos de ação;Garantir a padronização dos processos operacionais, fichas técnicas, controles; e QA, assegurando consistência entre as unidades;Capacitar e desenvolver equipes; e franqueados, promovendo a evolução da gestão; e da operação;Apoiar a gestão financeira das unidades por meio de análises, interpretação de DRE; e estratégias para aumento da rentabilidade;Contribuir para a melhoria da experiência do cliente, orientando práticas de atendimento; e gestão de reclamações;Identificar oportunidades comerciais; e apoiar ações de marketing; e vendas junto aos franqueados;Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua; inovação; e eficiência operacional;Garantir a execução dos planos de ação; e atuar como elo entre franqueados; e áreas internas, assegurando alinhamento; e agilidade nas demandas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em operações de fast food; e/ou restaurantes;Vivência prática em gestão de negócios, preferencialmente no segmento de alimentação;Experiência na atuação com franqueados; ou no modelo de franquias;Conhecimento sólido em gestão operacional, incluindo fluxo de loja; padronização; fichas técnicas (FT); CMV; controles; QA; e indicadores de desempenho;Capacidade de análise financeira de unidades, contemplando CMV; DRE; indicadores operacionais; e indicadores comerciais;Conhecimento em atendimento ao cliente, gestão de reclamações; e melhoria da experiência do consumidor;Vivência em acompanhamento de performance, desenvolvimento de estratégias de crescimento; e apoio a iniciativas comerciais;Perfil analítico, com capacidade de identificar oportunidades de melhoria; e promover ganhos de eficiência operacional;Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.Será considerado um diferencial:Experiência com culinária asiática;Atuação prévia em redes estruturadas de franquias;Vivência em projetos de melhoria de performance; e expansão de negócios.Informações adicionaisRemuneração: Salário (R$6.531,01) + Vale Transporte + Vale Refeição / Vale Alimentação (R$42,20/dia) + GymPass + Plano de Saúde Amil + Auxílio Farmácia OMNI + Auxílio Creche (para mulheres) + Convênio com faculdades + Convênio com cursos de idiomas + PLR + Trilha de Carreira!
