Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAqui na Pluxee, você construirá parcerias poderosas. Terá o desafio de acompanhar as oportunidades de mercado, realizar prospecções e geração de leads, compreensão de objetivos do cliente e como nossos produtos podem ajudá-lo, fará a criação de propostas comerciais, negociações e fechamentos de novos contratos.Atuar de forma ativa e estratégica na prospecção de novos clientes (hunter), com foco em geração de pipeline qualificado e expansão de mercado;Identificar oportunidades em diferentes segmentos e portes de empresas, com abordagem consultiva e orientada a valor;Conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas: prospecção, qualificação, diagnóstico, proposta, negociação e fechamento;Desenvolver e executar estratégias de abordagem outbound (ligações, networking, indicações e visitas comerciais);Garantir alto nível de conversão através de uma atuação estruturada e orientada a metas;Registrar e gerir todas as interações no CRM da Pluxee, assegurando visibilidade e organização do funil de vendas;Construir relacionamentos sólidos com prospects, promovendo reuniões técnico-comerciais de alto impacto;Atuar em conjunto com áreas internas para aprimorar processos comerciais e elevar a experiência do cliente;Acompanhar tendências de mercado e movimentos da concorrência, antecipando oportunidades de atuação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em áreas de Administração de Empresas, Vendas ou correlatas (pós graduação e/ou MBA serão diferencial);Facilidade em relacionamento, comunicação e habilidade em negociação;Disponibilidade para viagens para o interior do Amazonas, Acre, Rondônia e Roraima;Vendas B2B.Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios são um diferencial do mercado🚀:🍕 Refeição e Alimentação Pass;🚗 Frota Pass e reembolso de despesas;🏥 Assistências médica e odontológica (com coparticipação);👩🏽‍💻 Auxílio home office;💛 Seguro de vida;📊 Previdência privada;💰 PPLR;🎞️ Cultura Pass;🏋️‍♀️Gym Pass/Welhub;🌱 Apoio Pass (programa de aconselhamento profissional que prevê orientação especializada em questões de ordem emocional, jurídica, financeira e serviço social);🧒🏽 Auxílio creche;🏖️ Summer day (folga em dia de verão);🎂 Day off de aniversário;💊 Subsídio medicamentos
