Profissional com atuação  em mapeamento de requisitos, gestão de demandas, vivencia em times ágeis, regulatórios: tributáriaAtuação na implementação de produtos digitais de plataforma.Certificação : Itil ou Cobit, 

Principais Responsabilidades:

Atuar como ponto focal entre as áreas de negócio e TI, garantindo alinhamento estratégico e excelência na entrega das demandas. Gerenciar o ciclo de vida de projetos e iniciativas de tecnologia, desde o levantamento de requisitos até a implementação. Conduzir atividades de Governança de TI, assegurando conformidade com políticas, processos e controles corporativos. Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas a SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC e AMS SAP. Atuar na gestão de riscos, compliance, auditorias ITGC, gestão de acessos e controles internos. Coordenar fornecedores, acompanhar SLAs e garantir a qualidade das entregas. Realizar mapeamento e priorização de demandas, promovendo a melhor experiência para os stakeholders. Participar da implementação e evolução de produtos digitais e plataformas corporativas. Utilizar ferramentas como ServiceNow e Azure DevOps para acompanhamento de demandas, incidentes e projetos. Contribuir para iniciativas regulatórias, incluindo processos e requisitos tributários. Atuar em ambiente ágil, colaborando com equipes multidisciplinares e liderando discussões estratégicas.

Requisitos e qualificações ✅ Requisitos Essenciais:

Experiência como Business Partner, Consultor de Projetos. Vivência em gestão de projetos de tecnologia e condução de demandas junto às áreas de negócio. Conhecimento em Governança de TI, Compliance, Controles Internos e Gestão de Riscos. Experiência com ambientes SAP, especialmente SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC e AMS SAP. Conhecimento em auditorias ITGC, gestão de acessos e controles corporativos. Vivência na gestão de fornecedores, acompanhamento de SLAs e qualidade das entregas. Experiência com levantamento, priorização e acompanhamento de demandas de negócio. Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e atuação em equipes multidisciplinares. Experiência com ferramentas como ServiceNow e Azure DevOps. Excelente comunicação, habilidade de negociação e relacionamento com stakeholders.

Experiência em projetos de transformação digital. Vivência em processos regulatórios e requisitos tributários. Certificações em Agile, Scrum, PMO, ITIL ou Governança de TI. Experiência em ambientes corporativos de médio e grande porte.
