Buscamos um(a) Controller para liderar a gestão financeira, contábil e fiscal de uma de nossas unidades de negócio.O profissional será responsável por assegurar a conformidade técnica frente às Normas Brasileiras de Contabilidade e legislações vigentes, garantindo o rigor fiscal, a saúde financeira da operação e a sustentabilidade do negócio no longo prazo em um ambiente dinâmico e orientado a resultados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o cumprimento de todos os regulamentos e legislações municipais, estaduais e federais aplicáveis à operação.Planejar, implementar e aprimorar procedimentos, rotinas e sistemas contábeis e financeiros.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais analíticos (DRE, fluxo de caixa, balancetes) demonstrando o desempenho financeiro do negócio em relação a receitas e despesas (histórico, atual e projeções).Gerenciar a elaboração e o envio das obrigações acessórias, relatórios governamentais e toda a documentação fiscal e tributária da unidade.Monitorar indicadores financeiros e propor ações corretivas e preventivas para a manutenção do orçamento e da rentabilidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou Economia.Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Contabilidade (CRC).Sólida experiência anterior na função de Controller ou em cargos de liderança financeira/contábil.Domínio das Normas Brasileiras de Contabilidade (NBC/CPC) e legislação tributária e fiscal vigente.Domínio de sistemas de gestão integrada (ERP) e Pacote Office avançado (diferencial: vivência prévia com o sistema CMnet ou ERPs do segmento de serviços).Perfil analítico, visão estratégica de negócios, capacidade de organização e excelente comunicação interpessoal.Informações adicionaisA combinar
