Como signatários do Pacto Global da ONU, seguimos os princípios da Agenda 2030, integrando sustentabilidade, ética e inovação em todas as nossas práticas.Nosso Código de Ética e Conduta orienta cada decisão com base em valores como integridade, transparência e respeito, pilares que sustentam nosso crescimento e fortalecem nossas relações com colaboradores, parceiros e sociedade.Venha fazer parte de uma empresa que cresce com propósito e acredita que energia e responsabilidade caminham juntas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar as atividades de engenharia de subestações de alta tensão (230 kV e 500 kV), incluindo projetos básicos e executivos.Gerenciar contratos de engenharia, fornecedores e empresas projetistas.Coordenar as interfaces técnicas com concessionárias acessadas e ONS, incluindo os processos de aprovação de Projetos Básicos e estudos pré-operacionais.Acompanhar cronogramas, entregas e pendências técnicas, garantindo o cumprimento dos marcos dos empreendimentos.Atuar na interface entre engenharia, suprimentos, construção, comissionamento e operação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia Elétrica, com registro ativo no CREA;Imprescindível experiência (5+ anos) no setor elétrico;Experiência em engenharia de subestações de alta tensão e gestão de contratos de engenharia;Conhecimento dos Procedimentos de Rede do ONS e dos processos de aprovação de Projetos Básicos;Autonomia para conduzir atividades, solucionar problemas e gerenciar simultaneamente diferentes empreendimentos.
