Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Locação de Equipamentos para atuar na gestão da operação de locação e na manutenção dos equipamentos, garantindo eficiência operacional, conservação dos ativos, geração de receita e controle adequado dos custos.Essa pessoa será responsável por acompanhar todo o ciclo de locação dos equipamentos, desde o controle dos contratos e cobranças até o acompanhamento da manutenção, buscando aumentar a vida útil dos ativos e reduzir desperdícios e custos desnecessários.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar a locação de máquinas, equipamentos e formas; Controlar os equipamentos locados, seus períodos de utilização e respectivos contratos;

Acompanhar e controlar as cobranças de aluguéis junto às empresas e SPEs;

Garantir o correto faturamento dos aluguéis e serviços de manutenção dos equipamentos;

Coordenar a equipe responsável pela manutenção dos equipamentos;

Acompanhar o planejamento e a execução das manutenções preventivas e corretivas;

Monitorar as condições dos equipamentos, buscando ampliar sua vida útil;

Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos relacionados à manutenção e ao desgaste de peças;

Acompanhar os custos de manutenção em relação à receita gerada pela locação;

Manter controles e informações atualizados para acompanhamento da operação;

Utilizar planilhas e ferramentas tecnológicas para controle e gestão das atividades;

Acompanhar indicadores de conservação dos equipamentos, receita, custos de manutenção e desempenho da equipe;

Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas envolvidas na utilização e locação dos equipamentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência mínima de 5 anos, conforme definido no perfil da posição;

Experiência com gestão e controle de processos;

Conhecimento em Excel;

Desejável:

Conhecimento em gestão de manutenção de máquinas e equipamentos;

Vivência com controle de custos de manutenção;

Experiência com gestão de contratos, faturamento e cobrança;

Experiência na gestão de equipes.
