Então venha nos ajudar a elevar a cultura de negócios no campo, que é o nosso propósito!#vempraTentosCap #vempra3tentosResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar a área de riscos da instituição, definindo prioridades, organizando rotinas e garantindo a evolução contínua dos processos, metodologias e controles;Apoiar a definição e acompanhar indicadores de apetite a risco (KRI), garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia da companhia;Supervisionar o desenvolvimento e a manutenção de modelos estatísticos, indicadores de risco e ferramentas de controle e monitoramento;Acompanhar riscos de crédito, mercado, liquidez e operacionais, garantindo visão consolidada e tempestiva para a diretoria da instituição;Consolidar e apresentar relatórios executivos para diretoria e comitês, destacando exposições, tendências e recomendações estratégicas; Elaborar políticas e manuais relacionados à área de riscos, em alinhamento com os setores de negócio e operacionais;Garantir aderência às normas regulatórias (Banco Central, CMN, etc.) e às políticas internas de risco, apoiando auditorias e demandas regulatórias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Economia, Engenharia, Matemática, Estatística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia comprovada em gestão ou liderança de atividades relacionadas a riscos financeiros em instituições financeiras ou bancos; Conhecimento sólido em gestão de riscos (crédito, mercado e liquidez) de instituições financeiras ou bancos; Domínio de indicadores de risco, monitoramento e construção de relatórios executivos; Conhecimento em normativos do Banco Central do Brasil e ambiente regulatório do setor financeiro; Capacidade analítica avançada e visão estratégica;Experiência com ferramentas de análise de dados (Excel avançado, Power BI ou similares);Perfil organizado, com foco em priorização, entrega e qualidade;Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em Ijuí/RS.Informações adicionaisSalário competitivo; Restaurante na Empresa; Vale Alimentação/Refeição; Seguro de Vida; Plano Odontologico; Plano de Saúde Unimed Estadual; PPR (Programa de Participação de Resultados); Remuneração Variável: 14° e 15º; Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo, com desafios constantes e grande aprendizado.Fique de olho em seu e-mail (inclusive na caixa de spam/lixeira) e telefone  cadastrado, nossa comunicação sobre os próximos passos será através deles!
