Responsabilidades e atribuições Para que o cargo existe?Gerir as áreas Contábil, Fiscal e de Faturamento assegurando integridade das informações, cumprimento das obrigações legais, mitigação de riscos e suporte à tomada de decisão da administração. Diariamente você vai: 

Coordenar as entregas contábeis e fiscais por meio da gestão da equipe, padronização de processos, utilização de indicadores de desempenho e fortalecimento dos controles internos, garantindo qualidade das informações, conformidade legal, segurança fiscal e eficiência operacional.Coordenar e revisar o fechamento contábil e fiscal.Garantir a correta apuração dos tributos e entrega das obrigações acessórias.Assegurar a correta contabilização de estoques, custos industriais, ativo imobilizado, provisões, tributos e importações.Garantir compliance tributário, monitorando riscos fiscais, créditos e benefícios fiscais.Liderar as adequações decorrentes da Reforma Tributária (CBS, IBS e Imposto Seletivo).Implementar melhorias de processos, automações e controles internos.Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho das áreas.Atender auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações.Atuar como referência técnica das áreas Contábil, Fiscal e de Faturamento, apoiando o Controller em riscos, oportunidades e projetos estratégicos.Liderar e desenvolver a equipe. Conhecimentos Técnicos: 

Fechamento contábil e fiscal.Perfil equilibrado entre Contábil e Fiscal, com boa capacidade analítica em ambos.ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS, IRPJ e CSLL.ECD, ECF, SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DCTF e EFD-Reinf.Custos industriais e estoques.ERP corporativo e Excel avançado.Power BI.Inteligência Artificial.Compliance tributário e gestão de riscos fiscais.Automação e melhoria contínua. Competências esperadas:Foco em resultados.Agir como dono.Visão sistêmica.Capacidade analítica.Comunicação assertiva.Gestão baseada em dados.Gestão da mudança.Liderança e desenvolvimento de pessoas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara você fazer parte do nosso Grupo de talentos, você precisa ter: Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis.CRC ativo.Sólido conhecimento em Contabilidade e Fiscal, preferencialmente em indústria.Experiência em coordenação de equipes.Vivência com custos industriais, estoques e imobilizado.Experiência em auditorias e controles internos.Conhecimento em Power BI, Inteligência Artificial e análise de dados.Experiência em gestão por indicadores.Experiência em automação e melhoria contínua de processos.Conhecimento da Reforma Tributária (CBS, IBS e Imposto Seletivo), assim como liderar suas adequações.Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial em nossas unidades de negócio(Botafogo, Fábrica Pavuna e Queimados).Informações adicionais Modelo: Pessoa Jurídica (PJ).
