Buscamos um profissional para coordenar as atividades administrativas da área de Vendas, assegurando a eficiência dos processos comerciais, o suporte à equipe de vendas, a qualidade do atendimento aos clientes e a integração entre as áreas envolvidas, contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos comerciais da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuições Coordenar a rotina administrativa da equipe de Administração de Vendas,distribuindo atividades, acompanhando resultados e promovendo a melhoriacontínua dos processos.Administrar e monitorar os processos de vendas, desde a entrada dos pedidos até ofaturamento, garantindo conformidade, agilidade e qualidade das informações.Dar suporte administrativo e operacional à equipe comercial, assegurando ocumprimento das políticas comerciais e dos procedimentos internos.Prestar atendimento a clientes internos e externos, solucionando demandasrelacionadas aos processos de vendas e pós-venda.Atuar como ponto de contato para clientes estratégicos, conduzindo reuniões,critical calls e tratativas de demandas prioritárias.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e análises deresultados para suporte à tomada de decisão.Desenvolver análises de dados e inteligência de mercado, identificandooportunidades de melhoria dos processos comerciais e tendências de negócios. Elaborar apresentações, documentos, procedimentos e comunicações da área. Apoiar as atividades de CRM, garantindo a atualização e integridade dasinformações comerciais.Dar suporte às atividades de SAC, contribuindo para a resolução de reclamações,acompanhamento de indicadores e melhoria da experiência do cliente.Promover a integração entre as áreas Comercial, Logística, Financeiro, Crédito,Faturamento, Marketing e Atendimento, garantindo a fluidez dos processos.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, propondo ações para otimização dosprocessos e aumento da produtividade da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação ou MBA em Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas afins será um diferencial.Experiência de 5 anos em Administração de Vendas, Backoffice Comercial ou Coordenação Comercial.Conhecimento em processos comerciais, gestão de pedidos, CRM, atendimento ao cliente e indicadores de desempenho.Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.Experiência com sistemas ERP e CRM.Capacidade de análise, para ser capaz de diagnosticar a melhor decisão a ser tomado em situações de risco, ser dinâmico e proativo, para que não precise esperar ordens superiores na tomada de decisões estratégicas, possuir facilidade em se comunicar, tanto na oratória, quanto na escrita e possuir capacidade de lidar com pessoas e trabalhar em equipe e se destacar em obter conhecimentos sobre gestão estratégica e relações empresariais.Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho - Não subordinado a horário conforme Art 62 Inciso I da CLT.Refeitório no local;PPR anual;Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de Vida;TotalPass;Estacionamento interno;Reembolso de combustível.
