Coordenar e orientar as atividades dos setores de Faturamento, Custos, Caixa e Contas Médicas, assegurando o adequado planejamento, acompanhamento e controle dos processos, de modo a garantir a eficiência, a conformidade e a qualidade das atividades desenvolvidas na área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o cumprimento das normas e regras organizacionais, assegurando a qualidade e integridade das informações da área;Coordenar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo alinhamento, motivação, atualização profissional e gestão por competências;Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de desempenho e resultados dos processos da área;Elaborar e acompanhar informações gerenciais relacionadas a pessoal, custos, turnover e orçamento;Gerenciar e manter atualizadas as tabelas de faturamento e os contratos com convênios;Coordenar e organizar as atividades relacionadas a caixas, custos e faturamento;Levantar e analisar dados econômico-financeiros para subsidiar o planejamento estratégico e a tomada de decisões;Orientar a elaboração e conferência dos relatórios de faturamento;Realizar reuniões setoriais e acompanhar as demandas da equipe;Monitorar e controlar a inadimplência;Negociar com convênios, buscando melhores condições comerciais, de qualidade, preços e prazos;Prestar suporte a médicos cooperados e diretores em assuntos relacionados à área;Elaborar e revisar pacotes de procedimentos médicos.
