Como Coordenador(a) de Infraestrutura de TI, você será responsável por garantir a disponibilidade, estabilidade e desempenho da infraestrutura tecnológica da empresa, incluindo servidores, redes, links de comunicação, pontos de venda (PDVs) e estações de trabalho.Também será responsável por liderar a adoção de ferramentas, processos e boas práticas que assegurem a continuidade dos serviços, além de gerenciar fornecedores internos e externos, acompanhando entregas, níveis de serviço (SLAs) e a qualidade das soluções prestadas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar equipe interna e fornecedores de suporte, redes e telecom;Garantir a gestão de nível de serviço, incidentes, problemas, disponibilidade e monitoramento do ambiente de TI;Realizar reuniões de nível de serviço e apresentar os resultados para as áreas de negócio e TI;Gerenciar a manutenção dos equipamentos, redes, telecomunicações, sistemas básicos e de ponto de venda;Realização de testes, planos de contingência e recuperação para os casos de interrupção de serviços; Liderar a execução de projetos de infraestrutura;Fará a gestão dos ambientes e sistemas em Cloud;Atualizar os controles de inventário de equipamentos de TI, IPs, configuração de telecomunicações, versões de softwares, bases de conhecimento e catálogo de serviços;Criar políticas de backup e garantir a execução.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência na área de infraestrutura, tendo vivência em com sistema Windows, redes, antivírus, telecom, servidores e gestão de ambiente Cloud.
