Empresa Confidencial Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como líder técnico de cibersegurança, sendo responsável por definir, orientar e garantir a implementação de soluções de segurança da informação alinhadas à estratégia do negócio, mitigando riscos cibernéticos e assegurando a confidencialidade, integridade e disponibilidade dos ativos de informação da organização.  Principais Responsabilidades Liderar tecnicamente iniciativas de cibersegurança, atuando como referência para o time técnico e stakeholders. Projetar, implementar e evoluir arquiteturas de segurança (on‑premises, cloud e híbridas). Definir padrões técnicos, boas práticas e controles de segurança alinhados a frameworks como ISO 27001, NIST, CIS e Zero Trust. Atuar no desenho e revisão de controles de segurança para aplicações, infraestrutura, redes, endpoints e ambientes em nuvem. Coordenar e apoiar atividades de gestão de vulnerabilidades, teste de intrusão, hardening e threat modeling. Liderar tecnicamente a resposta a incidentes de segurança, apoiando investigações forenses e planos de contenção e remediação. Trabalhar em conjunto com times de desenvolvimento (DevSecOps), infraestrutura, cloud, GRC e áreas de negócio. Avaliar ferramentas e tecnologias de segurança (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IAM, DLP, WAF, CASB, entre outras). Apoiar decisões estratégicas, fornecendo análises técnicas de riscos e recomendações para a liderança. Garantir a conformidade técnica com requisitos regulatórios (LGPD, PCI DSS, SOX, entre outros). Desenvolver e orientar tecnicamente profissionais de segurança (mentoria e capacitação).  Requisitos Técnicos Experiência sólida em cibersegurança ou segurança da informação. Conhecimento avançado em:  Segurança de redes (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, segmentação) Segurança em ambientes cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP) Identity & Access Management (IAM) Segurança de aplicações e APIs SIEM e monitoramento de segurança Criptografia e gestão de chaves Experiência com práticas DevSecOps e automação de segurança. Conhecimento em análise de riscos, resposta a incidentes e gestão de vulnerabilidades. Familiaridade com frameworks de segurança e compliance.  Certificações Desejáveis CISSP, CISM, CCSP ISO 27001 Lead Implementer ou Auditor Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo áreaPós Graduação - desejável Cursos na área Informações adicionais.
