CEO - São clínicas especializadas, voltadas para atender os casos odontológicos complexos encaminhados pelas Equipes de Saúde Bucal das Unidades Básicas de Saúde. O serviço, realizado por equipes compostas de Técnicos e Auxiliares de Saúde Bucal e Cirurgiões-Dentistas, conta com cirurgias orais, tratamento de canal, diagnóstico de câncer de boca e próteses dentárias, entre outros procedimentos. O atendimento especializado para pessoas com deficiência é mais um dos diferenciais dos CEOs.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e supervisionar as atividades da unidade, garantindo o adequado funcionamento dos serviços odontológicos especializados.Organizar e acompanhar os fluxos de atendimento, buscando garantir acesso, qualidade, resolutividade e humanização na assistência aos usuários.Gerenciar e acompanhar a equipe multiprofissional, promovendo integração, orientação, desenvolvimento e alinhamento às diretrizes institucionais.Elaborar, acompanhar e analisar indicadores assistenciais e operacionais, propondo ações de melhoria quando necessário.Acompanhar a produtividade, qualidade dos atendimentos, cumprimento de metas e utilização adequada dos recursos disponíveis.Garantir o cumprimento dos protocolos, normas técnicas, políticas institucionais e diretrizes do SUS.Atuar na organização das agendas e na otimização da capacidade instalada da unidade.Acompanhar as demandas relacionadas à manutenção, insumos, equipamentos e infraestrutura, contribuindo para a continuidade dos serviços.Promover ações voltadas à segurança do paciente, qualidade assistencial e humanização do atendimento.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de trabalho e implementar ações para aprimorar os resultados da unidade.Apoiar a gestão na elaboração de planos de ação, relatórios e demais documentos relacionados ao serviço.Realizar interface com demais serviços da rede de saúde, contribuindo para a integração e continuidade do cuidado.Acompanhar e responder às demandas de usuários, equipe e demais áreas, buscando soluções de forma ágil e resolutiva.Participar de reuniões de gestão e ações de planejamento, avaliação e monitoramento dos serviços.Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de saúde, segurança, ética profissional e demais legislações aplicáveis ao serviço.Realizar as atividades das áreas/setores, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo na Área de Saúde; Odontologia (exceto Medicina).
