A Habita4u está buscando um(a) Corretor(a) de Imóveis para atuar em Brasília/DF, com experiência no programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida e CRECI ativo.Aqui, você conta com uma equipe de SDRs que realiza a qualificação dos clientes e a etapa de aprovação financeira. Com esse apoio, seu foco será apresentar os imóveis, conduzir as negociações e fechar as vendas, acompanhando o cliente na conquista da casa própria.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender os clientes qualificados pelo time de SDRs, entendendo suas necessidades e expectativas.Apresentar imóveis compatíveis com o perfil e as condições financeiras de cada cliente.Agendar e realizar visitas aos imóveis.Conduzir negociações, esclarecer dúvidas e apresentar propostas comerciais.Acompanhar o cliente até o fechamento da venda.Manter os registros dos atendimentos e das negociações atualizados.Trabalhar em parceria com o time de SDRs para garantir a continuidade do atendimento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCRECI ativo.Experiência na venda de imóveis pelo programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida.Conhecimento das etapas de compra e financiamento imobiliário.Boa comunicação e habilidade de negociação.Organização para acompanhar os clientes e as oportunidades de venda.Foco em resultados e no fechamento de vendas.Disponibilidade para atuar em Brasília/DF.

Informações adicionaisA atuação será na modalidade de corretor(a) associado(a), por meio de contrato de associação com a Habita4u.Nesse modelo, o profissional mantém sua autonomia e atua em parceria com a empresa na intermediação imobiliária. A participação nos resultados das vendas, os percentuais de comissão e as condições da parceria serão definidos no contrato.Você contará com o apoio de uma equipe de SDRs responsável pela qualificação dos clientes e pela etapa de aprovação financeira, podendo concentrar sua atuação nas visitas, negociações e fechamento das vendas.📍 Atuação em Brasília/DF.
