Buscamos um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) de Software Full Stack para integrar o CRIE – Centro RodOil de Inovação em Energia, atuando em projetos de desenvolvimento, manutenção e evolução de aplicações web, integrações e soluções tecnológicas.A posição terá atuação em todas as camadas da solução — front-end, back-end, APIs, banco de dados e implantação — utilizando também ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por Inteligência Artificial para acelerar a prototipação, codificação, testes e documentação, mantendo o controle técnico e a qualidade das soluções desenvolvidas.O CRIE é uma ICT credenciada, sediada em Caxias do Sul (RS), que nasceu da união entre a RodOil, uma das maiores distribuidoras de combustíveis do Brasil, e a ZTEC, que traz mais de 16 anos de experiência em P&D aplicado.Aqui, a pesquisa não termina em relatório. Termina em produto no mercado.Se você quer ser protagonista, trabalhar com novas tecnologias e transformar desafios reais em soluções aplicáveis ao mercado, o CRIE pode ser o seu lugar!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver funcionalidades de front-end e back-end conforme requisitos e critérios de aceite;Utilizar assistentes e agentes de IA para apoiar geração, refatoração e depuração de código, criação de testes e documentação;Revisar criticamente códigos desenvolvidos com apoio de IA, considerando lógica, desempenho, segurança, dependências e padrões técnicos;Desenvolver MVPs e provas de conceito para validação de hipóteses e novas soluções;Apoiar o desenvolvimento de especificações técnicas e funcionais para diferentes aplicações;Projetar e implementar APIs REST/SOAP e integrações;Modelar, otimizar e manter bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais;Desenvolver testes automatizados e participar de code reviews;Manter pipelines de CI/CD e apoiar implantações em ambientes de nuvem ou on-premises;Aplicar práticas de secure coding e requisitos relacionados à LGPD;Analisar e solucionar incidentes em aplicações;Documentar soluções técnicas, APIs e decisões de arquitetura;Participar das cerimônias ágeis e das estimativas de esforço dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimentos de HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript e frameworks modernos, como React, Angular ou Vue;Conhecimentos de back-end em Node.js, .NET, Java ou Python;Experiência com bancos de dados SQL Server, PostgreSQL ou Oracle e conhecimentos de NoSQL;Conhecimentos em APIs REST, JSON, OAuth2/JWT e mensageria;Experiência com Git, CI/CD e Docker;Noções de ambientes em nuvem, como Azure, AWS ou GCP;Conhecimentos de testes automatizados, Clean Code e princípios SOLID;Experiência prática com desenvolvimento assistido por IA, utilizando ferramentas como GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code ou similares;Capacidade de revisar criticamente soluções geradas com apoio de IA;Conhecimentos de segurança de aplicações e vulnerabilidades, incluindo OWASP Top 10.Informações adicionaisPor que fazer parte do CRIE?Projetos reais: tecnologias com aplicação industrial concreta, do desenvolvimento à chegada ao mercado;Estrutura completa: oito laboratórios próprios e acesso a mecanismos de fomento e incentivo à inovação;Ambiente multidisciplinar: química, engenharia, tecnologia, dados e negócios trabalhando de forma integrada;Respaldo de um grupo consolidado: a agilidade de um centro de inovação conectada à solidez do ecossistema RodOil.Na RodOil, acreditamos que gente é a nossa energia.
