Você atuará na linha de frente aplicando IA no ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento de software (SDLC) em Java / IA, otimizando entregas de alta complexidade com máxima velocidade e qualidade.Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuições:Desenvolver componentes de back-end (Java/Spring) e rotinas de front-end para a plataforma de Renda FixaIntegrar ferramentas de IA (Gemini e Claude) à rotina diária de desenvolvimento, para maximizar produtividade e qualidade do códigoEscrever testes unitários e integrados robustos e garantir execuções eficientes nas esteiras de CI/CDRevisar pull requests da equipe, garantindo Clean Code, SOLID e padrões de arquiteturaIdentificar gargalos de performance e propor melhorias contínuas no sistemaElaborar especificações técnicas e documentação funcional e técnica das entregas no repositório da equipeCapacitar o time no uso de automações de processos e novas tecnologias do ecossistema
