Como Analista de Comunicação e Marketing na Sicredi Dexis você será responsável por atuar no planejamento, execução e acompanhamento de campanhas e iniciativas de marketing voltadas aos segmentos Pessoa Física e Pessoa Jurídica. Além das campanhas, você terá um papel fundamental no acompanhamento de indicadores, análise de resultados, identificação de oportunidades de mercado e desenvolvimento de iniciativas que fortaleçam o relacionamento com os associados, ampliem a percepção de valor das soluções oferecidas e contribuam para o crescimento sustentável dos segmentos. Responsabilidades e atribuições• Planejar e executar campanhas que gerem impacto e contribuam para os objetivos estratégicos dos segmentos PF e PJ;• Transformar dados e indicadores em insights que apoiem a tomada de decisão e a evolução das iniciativas de marketing;• Garantir a integração entre diferentes áreas e parceiros para o sucesso das ações;• Fortalecer a comunicação e o posicionamento das soluções da cooperativa junto aos associados; • Identificar tendências, oportunidades de mercado e necessidades dos segmentos para apoiar a geração de negócios;

• Promover experiências relevantes e ações que aumentem o engajamento e a proximidade com os associados.
