Aqui, acreditamos que o crescimento do nosso negócio significa o crescimento da Nossa Gente.Venha construir um futuro incrível conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, coordenar e supervisionar as áreas Administrativa e Financeira da empresa;Elaborar e acompanhar o planejamento financeiro, orçamento, fluxo de caixa e resultados;Monitorar indicadores financeiros e administrativos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e redução de custos;Gerenciar as rotinas de contas a pagar, contas a receber, faturamento, tesouraria e conciliações;Acompanhar resultados contábeis e fiscais, garantindo a integração entre as áreas;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e análises financeiras para suporte à tomada de decisões da diretoria;Gerenciar equipes, lideranças e processos, promovendo desenvolvimento e eficiência operacional;Atuar na definição e implantação de processos, políticas e controles internos;Gerenciar negociações e relacionamento com bancos, fornecedores, clientes e parceiros estratégicos;Avaliar investimentos, contratos, despesas e oportunidades de negócio sob a perspectiva financeira;Participar do planejamento estratégico da empresa, contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável e a rentabilidade do negócio;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas e dos procedimentos administrativos e financeiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;

Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas relacionadas será considerado um diferencial;

Experiência sólida em gestão administrativa e financeira, preferencialmente em posição de liderança;

Experiência com planejamento financeiro, orçamento, fluxo de caixa e análise de resultados;

Conhecimento em contas a pagar e receber, tesouraria, faturamento e controles financeiros;

Vivência com indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais;

Experiência em gestão de equipes e desenvolvimento de lideranças;

Conhecimento em processos, controles internos e gestão de custos;

Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, e familiaridade com sistemas de gestão/ERP;

Capacidade de análise, planejamento e tomada de decisão;

Perfil estratégico, organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados;
