Sua atuação é fundamental para assegurar a continuidade das operações, reduzir falhas e paradas não planejadas, preservar a integridade das instalações e atender aos requisitos de segurança, meio ambiente e conformidade operacional da Ultracargo.Direcionamento para internos:  Compartilhar a intenção de candidatura com o gestor direto; Qualificações compatíveis com o perfil da vaga e no mínimo de 1 ano de atuação na empresa;Avaliação de desempenho considerada satisfatória para o exercício da função.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê focará em: Executar manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas em equipamentos e sistemas mecânicos do terminal.Acompanhar atividades de empresas contratadas, assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança e qualidade.Executar bloqueios e liberações de energia (LOTO), garantindo a segurança das intervenções de manutenção.Apoiar a execução de planos de manutenção e inspeção dos ativos mecânicos do terminal.Registrar atividades realizadas nos sistemas corporativos de manutenção, garantindo a rastreabilidade das intervenções.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria para aumento da confiabilidade, disponibilidade e eficiência dos equipamentos.Cumprir rigorosamente os procedimentos de Segurança de Processo, SSMA e requisitos legais aplicáveis.Participar de análises de falhas, investigações de ocorrências e ações de melhoria contínua.Apoiar testes de funcionamento e comissionamento de equipamentos após manutenções ou modificações.Zelar pela organização das oficinas, ferramentas, materiais e sobressalentes sob sua responsabilidade.Contribuir para a disponibilidade operacional dos ativos, minimizando paradas não programadas e riscos à operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo requisitos básicos, você deve ter: Ensino Técnico completo em Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em manutenção mecânica industrial.Conhecimento em bombas centrífugas e de deslocamento positivo, redutores, motores, acoplamentos, válvulas e sistemas de tubulação.Experiência na execução de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva em equipamentos rotativos e estáticos.Conhecimento em alinhamento de máquinas, troca de rolamentos, selos mecânicos e sistemas de vedação.Habilidade na interpretação de desenhos mecânicos, diagramas e documentos técnicos.Conhecimento em técnicas de inspeção mecânica e análise de falhas.Conhecimento das normas de segurança aplicáveis, especialmente NR-20, NR-33 e NR-35.Familiaridade com sistemas informatizados de gestão da manutenção (SAP PM ou similar).Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, com foco em segurança, confiabilidade e excelência operacional.Você se destaca se tiver:Experiência em terminais de armazenagem, portos, petroquímica, química, óleo e gás.Vivência em áreas classificadas e segurança de processo.Informações adicionaisOferecemos uma proposta de remuneração competitiva, além de uma série de benefícios, veja alguns deles:Plano de saúdePlano odontológicoRefeitório no localVale alimentaçãoTransporte FretadoSeguro de VidaWellhub Auxilio EducaçãoReembolso Farmácia     Além disso tudo, incluímos também:Trabalhar e trocar conhecimentos diários com um time referência no mercado
