Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades diárias Vendas e Portabilidade de Energia Solar: Ligar e mandar mensagens para clientes, mostrando as vantagens de mudar para a nossa assinatura de energia solar e fechando o contrato.Rotina Dinâmica por Telefone e WhatsApp: Fazer um alto volume de atendimentos todos os dias, conversando de forma rápida e atenciosa por ligação e pelo WhatsApp.Trabalho Focado em Metas: Buscar diariamente o cumprimento das metas de vendas, mantendo a agilidade no atendimento e o foco nos resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com Telefone e WhatsApp: Já ter trabalhado em Call Center, Vendas por Telefone (Ativo), Telemarketing ou Recuperação de Crédito/Cobrança.Gosto por Metas e Desafios: Ter facilidade para trabalhar focado(a) em bater metas diárias e mensais de vendas.Boa Comunicação e Persuasão: Saber conversar bem por ligação e mensagem, tirando dúvidas com clareza e contornando objeções do cliente.Ritmo e Organização: Agilidade para lidar com um alto volume de atendimentos ao mesmo tempo, sem perder a qualidade no WhatsApp e no telefone.Resiliência e Persistência: Saber lidar com "não", manter o foco e ter paciência para negociar e convencer o cliente a mudar de empresa.Ensino Médio Completo e facilidade com uso de computador/sistemas de atendimento.Mas não se preocupe, vamos oferecer todo o treinamento para fazer acontecer com a gente!!!Informações adicionaisCondiçõesModelo de Contratação: CLTValor de Contato Fixo: R$ 1.800,00Jornada de 6 horas - Segunda a sábadoTemos o Plano de Carreira, com ciclos de Avaliação de Desempenho Refeitório Comissões: Pode dobrar o salário
