Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Saúde Ocupacional- Acompanhar a execução do Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional (PCMSO), incluindo elaboração, implantação e monitoramento.- Gerenciar exames admissionais, periódicos, de retorno ao trabalho, de mudança de função e demissionais, garantindo prazos e qualidade.- Acompanhar avaliações clínicas, interpretação de exames complementares e emissão de Atestados de Saúde Ocupacional (ASO).Indicadores e Análise de Dados- Definir, calcular e analisar indicadores de saúde ocupacional (taxa de absenteísmo, incidência e prevalência de doenças ocupacionais e nãoocupacionais, dias de afastamento, etc.).- Elaborar relatórios periódicos, com análise crítica dos dados e propostas de ação.- Monitorar tendências e desvios, subsidiando decisões de prevenção e alocação de recursos.Programas de Prevenção em Saúde- Planejar, implementar e avaliar programas de promoção da saúde e prevenção de doenças (saúde mental, ergonomia, imunidade, doenças crônicas, dependência química, qualidade de vida, entre outros).- Conduzir campanhas de vacinação, conscientização e educação em saúde.Conformidade e Auditorias- Garantir o cumprimento das exigências legais e regulatórias de saúde ocupacional, com documentação completa e auditável.- Apoiar auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações (Ministério do Trabalho, Vigilância Sanitária, ANVISA).

Requisitos e qualificações- Graduação em Enfermagem com registro ativo no COREN.- Especialização em Enfermagem do Trabalho (reconhecida pelo MEC).- Experiência comprovada em gestão de saúde ocupacional (desejável em indústria).- Conhecimento sólido das NRs (NR-7, NR-32, NR-17) e da legislação de saúde do trabalhador.- Experiência com indicadores de saúde e relatórios de gestão.Diferenciais- Pós-graduação em Saúde Ocupacional, Ergonomia, ou Gestão em Saúde.- Experiência em indústria farmacêutica ou ambientes com agentes químicos e biológicos.- Vivência com sistemas de gestão ( eSocial, softwares de SST).- Conhecimento em saúde mental e programas de qualidade de vida no trabalho.
