Aqui, nós cultivamos!* O cumprimento fiel e irrestrito dos processos assistenciais, operacionais e administrativos* A colaboração* A prática diária da integridade* A integração* A cultura da sustentabilidade* O respeito ao jeito de ser e de pensar de cada um* E, principalmente, o gostar de pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuições1- Realizar supervisão no sistema de tratamento de água diariamente. 2- Dimensionar equipe, de acordo com as suas atividades diárias, descritas na escala de rotina;3- Supervisionar montagem da sala de diálise, com sistemas extracorpóreos, antes de iniciar o turno, realizando check-list hemodiálise segura;4- Responsável pelo manuseio dos dispositivos, Permcaths, cateter de Curta Permanência e as 10 primeiras punções de fístula arteriovenosa; 5- Realizar avaliação dos acessos dos pacientes: fluxo, hematoma, secreção e sinais flogísticos. 6- Responsáveis pelo gerenciamento dos insumos utilizados no setor.7- Realiza informativo diário dos pacientes internados que irão realizar hemodiálise na clínica, de acordo com as vagas disponíveis; 8- Supervisionar sala de reuso, principalmente no momento da diluição do ácido peracético e no momento de descarte de capilares; 9- Realizar evolução diária nos sistemas PR e Nefrosys, imprimir e anexar em prontuário físico.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos obrigatórios:Ensino superior completo em Enfermagem; Coren ativo;Pós-graduação em Nefrologia/Hemodiálise;Experiência comprovada na área de Nefrologia/Hemodiálise;Experiência no atendimento e acompanhamento de pacientes com doença renal crônica em tratamento hemodialítico.Disponibilidade para trabalhar no 4.º turno (20h às 2h) - segunda a sábado (6x1). Vaga de caráter TEMPORÁRIO.Requisitos desejáveis:Especialização em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) Adulto e/ou Urgência e Emergência;Experiência em Diálise Peritoneal;Cursos de atualização e aperfeiçoamento profissional na área.PACOTE OFFICE INTERMEDIÁRIO, TASY E EXCEL.NOÇÃO (básico)- LEGISLAÇÃO TRABALHISTA; REGULAMENTO TÉCNICO PARA FUNCIONAMENTO DE SERVIÇOS DE DIÁLISE, VIGENTE NO PAÍS, RISCOS ASSISTENCIAIS (QUEDAS DE PESSOAS, TROCA DE SISTEMA; - NORMAS E ROTINAS DE SETOR CONHECIMENTO (intermediário)- DESCARTE CORRETO DE LIXO (PERFURO, BIOLÓGICO, LIXO COMUM, RADIOATIVO). - PGRSS - PLANO DE GERENCIAMENTO DE RESÍDUOS DOS SERVIÇOS DE SAÚDE e PROGRAMA DE PREVENÇÃO DE RISCOS DE ACIDENTES COM MATERIAIS PERFUROCORTANTES, E LAVAGEM DAS MÃOS CORRETA.DOMÍNIO (avançado)- MANUSEIO DE MÁQUINA DE DIÁLISE, EM PUNÇÃO DE FAV (FÍSTULA ARTERIOVENOSA), - MANUSEIO DE ACESSO DIALÍTICO E MANUTENÇÃO DELE; - CONHECIMENTOS E ASSISTÊNCIA CORRETA AOS SINAIS E SINTOMAS DOS PACIENTES; - PROCEDIMENTOS DE SEGURANÇA PARA A UTILIZAÇÃO DE MATERIAIS CRÍTICOS,  Diferencial: possuir fluência em línguas estrangeiras e indígenas será um diferencial.
