Então confira a oportunidade abaixo!O que buscamos:Enfermeiro(a) para atuação na Central de Materiais e Esterilização, garantindo cuidado integral, seguro e individualizado. Será responsável pela supervisão da equipe de técnicos de enfermagem e implementação de práticas que assegurem qualidade assistencial e segurança do paciente, com foco especial em pacientes de maior complexidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, organizar, executar, coordenar e avaliar a assistência de enfermagem;Coordenar e supervisionar a equipe de enfermagem, do setor de CME assegurando o cumprimento dos protocolos de Segurança do Paciente;Realizar e supervisionar registros de enfermagem, garantindo a continuidade da assistência;Executar e supervisionar a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE): histórico, diagnóstico, prescrição e evolução;Prestar assistência direta a pacientes graves e críticos em conjunto com a equipe médica;Supervisionar checklists de segurança cirúrgica, quando aplicável;Orientar técnicos de enfermagem quanto aos cuidados com pacientes complexos;Dimensionar escala de pessoal e leitos conforme a complexidade assistencial;Supervisionar limpeza, organização do setor e controle de materiais e medicamentos;Controlar psicotrópicos, entorpecentes e estoque mínimo do setor;Monitorar indicadores assistenciais, propor melhorias contínuas e participar de auditorias e certificações de qualidade;Gerenciar leitos de internação e atender solicitações da unidade;Avaliar desempenho da equipe, assiduidade, absenteísmo e cumprimento das normas (NR32);Comunicar intercorrências à supervisão de enfermagem e participar da gestão de riscos. Atender e realizar outras atividades profissionais correlatas e inerentes ao cargo, conforme orientação e solicitação do superior imediato, quando aplicável. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Enfermagem e registro ativo no COREN;Conhecimento e prática em SAE/SIAE;Conhecimento em farmacologia, incluindo Drogas de Alto Alerta;Experiência no setor de CME;Capacidade de liderança, organização, tomada de decisão e trabalho em equipe;Compromisso com a segurança do paciente, qualidade assistencial e melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Assistência médicaAssistência odontológicaAuxílio academiaAuxílio estacionamentoAuxílio farmáciaPrograma de treinamentosSeguro de vidaVale AlimentaçãoVale-transporteRefeitórioHorários praticados na instituição:Escala 12x3618h às 06h06h às 18h
