A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar!Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar assistência de enfermagem integral e humanizada a pacientes pediátricos internados, considerando as necessidades específicas de cada faixa etária.Realizar avaliação clínica e acompanhamento da evolução dos pacientes, identificando alterações no quadro de saúde e comunicando a equipe médica.Planejar, executar e supervisionar a assistência de enfermagem, garantindo a continuidade e a qualidade do cuidado.Realizar e supervisionar procedimentos de enfermagem, administração de medicamentos, cuidados com acessos venosos, sondas, curativos e demais dispositivos.Monitorar sinais vitais, nível de consciência, balanço hídrico, aceitação alimentar e demais parâmetros clínicos pertinentes à assistência pediátrica.Elaborar e acompanhar a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE), realizando registros e evoluções de enfermagem no prontuário.Supervisionar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de técnicos e auxiliares de enfermagem, distribuindo atividades e avaliando a execução dos cuidados.Participar de visitas multiprofissionais, contribuindo para o planejamento e acompanhamento do tratamento dos pacientes.Identificar precocemente sinais de agravamento clínico e atuar de forma rápida diante de intercorrências e situações de urgência.Realizar e supervisionar cuidados de higiene, conforto, alimentação, prevenção de lesões e demais necessidades básicas dos pacientes.Orientar pais, responsáveis e familiares quanto aos cuidados, procedimentos, tratamento e continuidade da assistência.Promover uma assistência humanizada, considerando o bem-estar físico e emocional da criança e de seus familiares.Supervisionar o preparo e administração segura de medicamentos, observando doses, horários, vias de administração e particularidades pediátricas.Garantir o cumprimento dos protocolos de segurança do paciente, prevenção e controle de infecções e demais normas institucionais.Participar da admissão, transferência e alta hospitalar, fornecendo orientações aos familiares e garantindo a continuidade do cuidado.Realizar passagem de plantão e garantir comunicação efetiva entre as equipes sobre as condições clínicas e cuidados dos pacientes.Controlar e acompanhar a disponibilidade de materiais, medicamentos e equipamentos necessários para a assistência.Participar de treinamentos, reuniões e ações de educação continuada, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da equipe.Registrar e acompanhar indicadores assistenciais, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos de enfermagem.Zelar pela organização da unidade, conservação dos equipamentos e qualidade da assistência prestada aos pacientes pediátricos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Superior completo em Enfermagem;Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN).Experiência no setor de INTERNAÇÃO PEDIATRICA.
