Garantir o controle dos resultados da obra e reportá-los aos níveis superiores, assegurando a gestão dos contratos existentes com o cliente e subcontratados e realizando as medições dos serviços realizados. Assegurar que as contratações de serviços e de materiais ocorram de acordo com o planejamento de suprimentos e verbas estabelecidas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar o pleno conhecimento e entendimento, pelas lideranças da obra, das cláusulas contratuais referentes ao contrato com o cliente e aos contratos com os prestadores de serviço e fornecedores; Orientar os colaboradores envolvidos na gestão de contratos com relação aos conceitos e diretrizes da empresa a serem aplicados; Administrar os contratos, preparando quando for o caso, a negociação, a elaboração de aditivos e reivindicações junto ao cliente, bem como preparando a defesa contra eventuais reivindicações recebidas dos fornecedores; Apoiar o Gestor da Obra na identificação e avaliação mensal das chances e riscos do empreendimento e monitorar as ações de mitigação e as de realização das chances; Assegurar que as quantificações das medições do cliente e fornecedores sejam realizadas de forma correta, bem como acompanhar sua liberação; Participar nas soluções para os possíveis desvios no decorrer da obra; Elaborar orçamentos de preço e prazo referentes a alterações de escopo e modificações de projeto da obra; Manter contato contínuo e cordial com prepostos do cliente; Acompanhar, analisar e controlar os custos da obra e suas projeções, previstos no orçamento; Controlar a documentação da obra e verificar, periodicamente, se são mantidas atualizadas pelos colaboradores; Zelar pela documentação contratual com o cliente e subcontratados.  Assegurar que todas as obrigações contratuais sejam monitoradas e controladas, garantindo que serão integralmente atendidas na forma e prazo definidos no contrato; Coordenar as interfaces entre as áreas da obra, esclarecendo dúvidas acerca de responsabilidades em determinadas tarefas; Garantir que todas as atividades com impacto no cumprimento do contrato sejam formalmente comunicadas às demais partes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário ensino superior completo em Engenharia Civil, Administração, Direito ou áreas afins.Necessário experiência anterior em obras de grande porte com foco em administração contratual.Necessário disponibilidade para atuação fora de sua base de residencia.
