Responsabilidades e atribuições Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Software Full Stack Sênior para atuar em nosso parceiro do segmento de benefícios.Procuramos um profissional com sólida experiência no desenvolvimento de aplicações web, capacidade de atuar de ponta a ponta e interesse em resolver problemas complexos. Valorizamos autonomia, pensamento analítico, curiosidade e disposição para explorar novas tecnologias, investigar desafios, propor soluções e contribuir para a evolução contínua dos produtos.

Desenvolver, implementar e manter aplicações web, atuando tanto no front-end quanto no back-end; Projetar, desenvolver e integrar APIs e serviços, garantindo desempenho, segurança e escalabilidade; Construir protótipos e provas de conceito para validar ideias e transformá-las em soluções robustas; Trabalhar com bancos de dados relacionais, integrações de sistemas e automação de processos; Investigar falhas, identificar causas-raiz e implementar melhorias contínuas; Garantir a qualidade do código por meio de testes, boas práticas de desenvolvimento e versionamento; Conduzir entregas técnicas de ponta a ponta, desde o entendimento dos requisitos até a implementação e sustentação; Colaborar com equipes de Produto, Design e Engenharia na definição e evolução de soluções tecnológicas.

Requisitos e qualificações

Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento Full Stack, com atuação em aplicações web; Front-end: domínio de JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML e CSS; Back-end: experiência com C#/.NET ou Java; Experiência no desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs REST e integração entre sistemas; Conhecimento em SQL e bancos de dados relacionais, preferencialmente PostgreSQL; Experiência com mecanismos de autenticação e autorização; Domínio de Git para versionamento de código; Experiência com testes de software, depuração e boas práticas de engenharia; Conhecimento em arquitetura de aplicações web, manutenção e evolução de sistemas; Capacidade de investigar problemas complexos e conduzir entregas técnicas com autonomia; Experiência compatível com senioridade Sênior.

Vamos gostar muito se, além disso tudo, você tiver:Conhecimento em Python; Experiência com serviços de nuvem AWS; Conhecimento em Docker e conteinerização de aplicações; Experiência com pipelines de CI/CD e automação de deploys; Conhecimento em arquiteturas orientadas a eventos e mensageria; Experiência com Redis e estratégias de cache; Desenvolvimento de automações e integração de processos; Experiência com integrações com Salesforce; Conhecimento em integrações com WhatsApp e Twilio.Informações adicionaisModelo de atuação: Híbrido (1x por semana na região de Pinheiros - SP).
