Sua solução acompanha consultas, auxilia na elaboração de prontuários, apoia a decisão clínica e oferece aos hospitais mais visibilidade sobre condutas e protocolos. O objetivo é reduzir o tempo dedicado à digitação e permitir que profissionais de saúde direcionem mais atenção aos pacientes.

Sobre a vaga

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Especialista de Adoção Clínica em Porto Alegre e região, com foco em apoiar a incorporação da solução à rotina de hospitais e clínicas. A atuação é prática, majoritariamente presencial e em campo, com contato direto com médicos e lideranças assistenciais.

Principais responsabilidades

Apresentar a solução ao corpo clínico em hospitais e clínicas. Construir relações de confiança com médicos e lideranças assistenciais. Acompanhar consultas e demonstrar o produto em situações reais de uso. Apoiar a ativação de usuários e promover uma boa experiência inicial. Acompanhar os profissionais após a implantação, esclarecer dúvidas e apoiar ajustes de fluxo para favorecer o uso recorrente. Monitorar indicadores de adoção e engajamento e identificar ações para melhorar os resultados na região Sul. Organizar visitas, identificar oportunidades e definir prioridades com autonomia. Adequar a rotina aos horários hospitalares, incluindo visitas no início da manhã ou no fim do dia quando necessário. Realizar viagens ocasionais conforme a demanda da operação.

Disponibilidade para atuação presencial e externa em hospitais e clínicas de Porto Alegre e região. Disponibilidade para horários compatíveis com a rotina hospitalar, incluindo início cedo ou visitas no fim do dia quando necessário. Disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais. Facilidade para construir relacionamentos, comunicar valor e desenvolver confiança em conversas com médicos e lideranças clínicas. Conforto com tecnologia e facilidade para aprender produtos complexos. Autonomia, iniciativa e capacidade de adaptação a um ambiente dinâmico. Postura respeitosa, jogo de cintura e habilidade para influenciar diferentes perfis com cuidado e objetividade.

Experiências e conhecimentos desejáveis

Vivência em hospitais, clínicas ou outros ambientes assistenciais. Experiência em customer success, implantação, trabalho de campo, propaganda médica ou área comercial em saúde. Familiaridade com sistemas, fluxos ou operações hospitalares. Experiência de relacionamento com médicos, enfermeiros, gestores clínicos ou equipes assistenciais. Graduação em andamento ou concluída em enfermagem, farmácia, fisioterapia, psicologia ou áreas correlatas. Também são bem-vindas experiências com implantação de sistemas hospitalares, venda de material médico, faturamento ou auditoria hospitalar.

Energia e disposição para atuar em campo e dentro de hospitais. Escuta ativa e persuasão consultiva. Resiliência para lidar com rotinas intensas, profissionais em plantão e mudanças de contexto. Organização para acompanhar ativações, uso recorrente e indicadores. Proatividade para identificar problemas e agir sem depender de solicitações constantes.

Diferenciais

Inglês para leitura e compreensão de materiais. Experiência com adoção de tecnologia em saúde ou transformação de processos clínicos.
