Estamos à procura de uma pessoa para fazer parte do nosso time de logistica e supply chain e ajudar a otimizar os processos de planejamento operacional, monitoramento de estoques e melhoria contínua na gestão da cadeia de suprimentos. Responsável pelo controle e conciliação de estoques, assegurando a acuracidade entre contábil /físico e sistema, execução de inventários, análise de divergências e cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, com foco na integridade dos materiais e confiabilidade das informações.Venha fazer a diferença com a gente! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Estoques: Controlar e monitorar os níveis de estoques de matérias-primas e produtos acabados, criar plano para abertura de espaço interno para acomodação de produtos importados (lineUp), nacionais, micros, embalagens, líquidos e insumos, garantindo que os estoques estejam dentro dos níveis ideais para atender à produção e demanda, sem gerar excessos ou faltas.Conciliação de Estoques: Realizar a conciliação física/contábil e sistêmica dos estoques, seja para plantas próprias ou terceirizadas, assegurando que os saldos contábeis registrados reflitam os volumes físicos. Identificar e corrigir divergências por meio de análises detalhadas.Garantir a integridade dos dados em sistemas de gestão (ERP) e suporte à área contábil. Colaborar com equipes operacionais e de controle para manter a acuracidade dos estoques, apontamentos de varreduras e SEGR.Controle de Inventário: Realizar inventários regulares, cubagens, contagens e topografia de todos os produtos, reconciliando as discrepâncias e propondo ações corretivas para garantir a precisão dos dados de estoque.Gestão de Itens Obsoletos e de Baixo Giro: Identificar itens obsoletos e de baixo giro no estoque e propor estratégias para a redução ou eliminação desses itens.Monitoramento de Quebras: Monitoramento das perdas e ajustes de estoques provenientes do processo de abastecimento das plantas, fechamento de navios, quebras contratuais, quebras de balança, devoluções.Planejamento Operacional: Garantir o cumprimento do planejamento operacional inbound e outbound, considerando a capacidade da planta, demanda do mercado e prazos estabelecidos, assegurando que teremos estoques disponíveis para que os produtos sejam entregues no prazo e com qualidade.Colaboração Interdepartamental: Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de vendas, logística e compras para alinhar o planejamento de produção com a disponibilidade de matérias-primas e a demanda do mercado.Análise de Desempenho: Acompanhar os KPIs (indicadores-chave de desempenho) relacionados à produção e estoques, fornecendo relatórios gerenciais e propondo melhorias contínuas nos processos.Gestão de Dados: Utilizar sistemas ERP para planejar, gerir, controlar e acompanhar os processos de produção e estoque, mantendo a integridade e a precisão dos dados.Melhoria Contínua: Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, buscando inovações e práticas eficientes para otimização dos processos de PCP.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento em processos de fertilizantes ou produtos químicos.Excel domínio intermediárioHabilidade no uso de sistemas ERP e ferramentas de planejamento de produção.Informações adicionaisPedimos a gentileza de completar as atividades de Job Coach para nossa avaliação do processo seletivo.https://www.jobcoach.com.br/empresas/ac.aspx?ProcessId=hEn6B96g%2fe0gXvSDYOPmYg%3d%3d
