Estamos à procura de uma pessoa que fará parte do nosso time de manutenção , sendo responsavel por monitorar a condição da integridade física dos equipamentos e instalações eletromecânicas, utilizando técnicas de inspeção sensitiva ou preditiva, elaborando relatórios detalhados sobre desgastes, falhas ou não-conformidades, avaliar riscos operacionais, emitir laudos técnicos e recomendar ações de manutenção para garantir a continuidade operacional, a segurança dos colaboradores e a conformidade com as normas técnicas e regulamentadoras.Se você se identifica com esta área e atende os requisitos necessários, junte-se a nós.Venha fazer a diferença com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar relatórios dos equipamentos, percorrendo diariamente as unidades produtivas, realizando inspeção nos equipamentos, identificando e relatando desgastes, corrosões e o estado físico geral dos mesmos, visando contribuir para o devido funcionamento dos equipamentos, evitando paradas não programadas.Analisar com base nos parâmetros pré-estabelecidos, os dados dos pontos de medição de preditiva.Realizar medições de vibração, temperatura, entre outras, utilizando equipamentos como: coletores de vibração, câmeras termográficas e alinhadores a laser.Com base nos dados das inspeções e análise, relatar e solicitar a intervenção através de notas de recomendação de inspeção diretamente no SAP.Definir em conjunto com a engenharia de manutenção com base no perfil de falhas, que tipo de atividade de inspeção será executada nos equipamentos.Participar da elaboração das rotas de inspeção.Manter histórico dos equipamentos atualizado referente as falhas, manutenções e melhorias.Sugerir a implementação de melhorias que visem a eliminação ou redução da ocorrência de anomalias dos equipamentos.Participar da elaboração do escopo técnico das paradas anuais de manutenção.Conhecer comportamento dos equipamentos quanto a MTTR, MTBF, disponibilidade e atuar sugerindo melhorias nos planos de manutenção.Contribuir no recebimento e aceitação de novos equipamentos ou materiais, mediante acompanhamento de inspeção e testes no fabricante.Acompanhar testes de funcionamento, testes de carga e a entrega técnica de novos equipamentos ou de máquinas que passaram por grandes reformas.Acompanhar a execução dos serviços críticos de manutenção, garantindo que os padrões técnicos, desenhos, esquemas, manuais e normas sejam respeitados, acompanhando e avaliando os serviços técnicos realizados internamente e/ou por terceiros.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica em Eletromecânica ou mecânica com forte vivência na área elétricaSistema SAP (Módulo PM) para abertura de notas, ordens e consulta de histórico.Técnicas de manutenção preditiva (Análise de vibração, termografia e medições de temperatura).Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos, diagramas mecânicos e esquemas elétricos.Conhecimento básico dos indicadores de manutenção (MTTR, MTBF e Disponibilidade)
