Será responsável por fortalecer a governança corporativa e apoiar a tomada de decisão estratégica, por meio da estruturação, implementação e monitoramento do modelo de gestão de riscos e controles internos. Atua na identificação, avaliação e priorização dos principais riscos do negócio, assegurando alinhamento aos objetivos estratégicos e ao apetite de risco da companhia.

Irá avaliar e aprimorar o desenho e a efetividade dos controles internos, promovendo aderência às políticas corporativas e às melhores práticas de mercado. Contribui para a transparência e a qualidade das informações reportadas à alta administração e aos órgãos de governança, por meio de análises estruturadas, indicadores e relatórios executivos. Atuará de forma consultiva e colaborativa junto as áreas de negócio, apoiando a evolução do ambiente de controles e a implementação de planos de ação para mitigação de riscos.Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerir o processo de Gestão de Riscos Corporativos, mantendo os mapas de riscos atualizados, por meio de interação com lideranças, revisões periódicas e monitoramento de indicadores-chave de risco (KRIs);Apoiar a gestão de GRC na elaboração, revisão e disseminação de políticas corporativas, bem como monitorar a aderência e implementação das diretrizes estabelecidas;Estruturar e manter matrizes de controles, avaliando periodicamente a implementação dos controles-chave;Revisar normas internas da Vedacit, assegurando alinhamento às diretrizes corporativas, à legislação aplicável e à adequada mitigação de riscos;Atuar como parceiro das áreas de negócio, prestando suporte consultivo na identificação de riscos, no fortalecimento de controles e na implementação de planos de ação decorrentes de auditorias, avaliações internas ou externas;Consolidar e elaborar reportes executivos periódicos sobre riscos, controles e planos de ação, direcionados à alta administração, incluindo o Diretor-Presidente;Preparar materiais e reportes para o Comitê de Auditoria e Riscos, garantindo clareza, consistência e visão crítica sobre a exposição a riscos e a efetividade do ambiente de controles; Apoiar no fortalecimento da cultura de sustentabilidade da empresa, respeitando as diretrizes, normas e políticas socioambientais aplicáveis. Assim, dentro de suas atribuições e responsabilidades, atuar sempre de forma ética, proativa, segura e responsável, minimizando os impactos ambientais, incidentes de trabalho, entre outros.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa;Experiência com Gestão de Riscos Corporativos (ERM); Experiência com Controles Internos (desenho e efetividade);Domínio de frameworks (ex.: COSO, ISO 31000);Definição e monitoramento de KRIs;Elaboração de políticas e normativos;Interface com auditoria e compliance; Análise de dados e elaboração de reportes executivos.Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de riscos;Visão sistêmica e pensamento crítico; Habilidade para interagir com diferentes stakeholders;Influência e atuação consultiva; Senso de prioridade (foco em materialidade).
