Estamos em busca de um profissional para ocupar a posição de Especialista em Relações Sindicais para atuar de forma estratégica nas relações com sindicatos,  apoiando as negociações coletivas e contribuindo para a construção de soluções alinhadas às necessidades do negócio e à legislação trabalhista.Responsabilidades e atribuições* Conduzir e apoiar tecnicamente negociações coletivas (ACT/CCT) com sindicatos laborais nas diferentes bases e regionais da companhia;* Elaborar, revisar e acompanhar minutas de Acordos e Convenções Coletivas de Trabalho ;* Registrar e formalizar instrumentos coletivos no sistema Mediador do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego , garantindo o controle da documentação;* Analisar e modelar o impacto financeiro das negociações , considerando reajustes, benefícios e demais cláusulas econômicas;* Elaborar relatórios e apresentações executivas para suporte à tomada de decisão da liderança;* Acompanhar, em parceria com o Jurídico, fiscalizações, processos judiciais e audiências relacionadas a temas sindicais;* Monitorar alterações na legislação trabalhista, jurisprudência e movimentações sindicais que possam impactar a operação;* Realizar benchmarking de mercado sobre cláusulas e práticas de negociações coletivas;* Atuar como interface entre sindicatos, federações e áreas internas , como Jurídico, Departamento Pessoal, Remuneração e Benefícios e lideranças operacionais;* Preparar e conduzir treinamentos e orientações para gestores sobre temas sindicais e trabalhistas;* Apoiar a elaboração de planos de contingência para situações de paralisações, greves ou mobilizações.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Direito, Administração, Recursos Humanos, Relações do Trabalho ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em mesas de negociação coletiva (ACT/CCT);Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista, CLT e Reforma Trabalhista;Conhecimento do sistema Mediador (MTE);Excel e PowerPoint nível avançados;Conhecimento em elaboração e revisão de instrumentos jurídicos/coletivos;Visão de análise e modelagem de impacto financeiro na área e cia.
