Propor melhorias nos processos de coleta, tratamento, análise e disponibilização de dados. Elaborar análises críticas sobre tendências, desvios, riscos e oportunidades identificadas nos indicadores e resultados da área. Garantir a governança das informações por meio da padronização de conceitos, métricas e bases de dados. Apoiar projetos de transformação digital, automação de relatórios e implementação de ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI).Acompanhar o planejamento e a execução orçamentária, realizando controles, projeções e análises de variações entre realizado e orçamento.Identificar oportunidades para unificação e padronização dos processos, visando alcançar a excelência operacional no RH. Consolidar, validar e analisar dados provenientes de diferentes fontes, garantindo a confiabilidade e integridade das informações.Apoiar a elaboração do orçamento anual e revisões periódicas (forecast).Produzir estudos, cenários e apresentações executivas para suporte à tomada de decisão. Monitorar o cumprimento das metas e resultados da área, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e ações corretivas. Atuar como ponto focal na interface com áreas internas para levantamento, validação e divulgação de informações gerenciais.Diagnosticar demandas e/ou oportunidades de automatização e melhoria na gestão de dados nas áreas, além de estimular novas ideias e auxiliar no entendimento e aplicação da Excelência Operacional no dia a dia, visando aumentar a produtividade e melhorar a visualização de dados e conexões entre as áreas.
