Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar como Especialista em Engenharia da Qualidade, contribuindo para a excelência dos processos, conformidade dos sistemas de gestão da qualidade e desenvolvimento de soluções que assegurem os mais altos padrões do setor. Procuramos uma pessoa com sólida experiência no segmento, perfil técnico consultivo, forte capacidade analítica e atuação estratégica na implementação e manutenção dos requisitos de qualidade exigidos pelas montadoras.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:

Atuar como referência técnica em Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, assegurando conformidade com normas, requisitos de clientes e padrões corporativos. Liderar e suportar processos relacionados à implementação, manutenção e melhoria contínua da norma IATF 16949. Conduzir atividades de planejamento avançado da qualidade do produto e processo (APQP), garantindo a robustez dos lançamentos e alterações. Desenvolver, revisar e aprovar documentações de qualidade, incluindo PFMEA, Planos de Controle, estudos MSA e análises SPC. Coordenar processos de submissão de PPAP junto aos clientes automotivos. Realizar auditorias internas, apoiar auditorias de clientes e auditorias de certificação. Conduzir análises de causa raiz utilizando metodologias estruturadas, incluindo tratativas de não conformidades por meio de processos 8D. Avaliar riscos de processos produtivos e implementar ações preventivas visando aumento da confiabilidade operacional. Apoiar equipes multidisciplinares na solução de problemas complexos relacionados à qualidade de produto e processo. Atuar diretamente no relacionamento técnico com clientes do segmento, assegurando atendimento aos requisitos específicos. Promover treinamentos e disseminação da cultura da qualidade dentro da organização. Conduzir análises estatísticas e estudos de capacidade utilizando ferramentas como Minitab.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:

Graduação completa em Engenharia. Experiência em Sistemas de Qualidade. Vivência comprovada no setor. Experiência de atuação em montadoras ou fornecedores estratégicos do segmento. Sólidos conhecimentos e aplicação prática da norma IATF 16949. Domínio das metodologias e ferramentas da qualidade. Disponibilidade para apresentar exemplos práticos de aplicação das ferramentas em projetos e desafios profissionais.
