Buscamos um(a) Especialista em Nanomateriais para integrar o CRIE – Centro RodOil de Inovação em Energia, com atuação no projeto BIOGRAFENO, voltado à produção em escala piloto de nanomateriais de carbono a partir de biomassa residual e à sua aplicação em lubrificantes.O projeto possui execução prevista de novembro de 2026 a outubro de 2027, com possibilidade de continuidade conforme sua evolução e resultados.O CRIE é uma ICT credenciada, sediada em Caxias do Sul (RS), que nasceu da união entre a RodOil e a ZTEC para transformar pesquisa aplicada em soluções reais para o mercado e para a indústria.Aqui, a pesquisa não termina em relatório. Termina em produto no mercado.Se você possui experiência em pesquisa e desenvolvimento de materiais e quer aplicar conhecimento científico na construção de soluções com potencial de escala e impacto industrial, o CRIE pode ser o seu lugar!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir ensaios de produção de materiais de carbono a partir de biomassa, incluindo pirólise, tratamentos de superfície e esfoliação;Preparar amostras e acompanhar caracterizações por técnicas como Raman, DRX e microscopia;Registrar, organizar e analisar os resultados experimentais;Preparar dispersões dos materiais desenvolvidos em óleos lubrificantes e acompanhar ensaios de desempenho;Apoiar a montagem, o comissionamento e a operação da linha piloto;Garantir a aplicação das normas de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente no manuseio de nanomateriais, operação de pirólise e gestão de resíduos;Manter a rastreabilidade e a integridade dos dados experimentais;Executar as atividades conforme o cronograma estabelecido para o projeto;Identificar resultados com potencial de proteção intelectual e apoiar a elaboração de pedidos de patente;Elaborar relatórios técnicos e apresentar resultados à Diretoria e, quando aplicável, às agências de fomento;Orientar tecnicamente profissionais, estagiários e bolsistas envolvidos no projeto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Química, Física, Engenharias, Ciência dos Materiais ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em laboratório com síntese ou processamento de materiais, incluindo experiências acadêmicas relevantes;Conhecimento de técnicas de caracterização de materiais;Experiência em planejamento experimental e análise estatística;Inglês técnico para leitura e interpretação de artigos científicos e patentes.Informações adicionaisPor que fazer parte do CRIE?Projetos reais: tecnologias com aplicação industrial concreta, do desenvolvimento à chegada ao mercado;Estrutura completa: oito laboratórios próprios e acesso a mecanismos de fomento e incentivo à inovação;Ambiente multidisciplinar: química, engenharia, tecnologia, dados e negócios trabalhando de forma integrada;Respaldo de um grupo consolidado: a agilidade de um centro de inovação conectada à solidez do ecossistema RodOil.Na RodOil, acreditamos que gente é a nossa energia.
