Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento ativo e receptivo: Realizar contato com os alunos para prestar suporte, esclarecer dúvidas e oferecer soluções de forma empática e eficiente. Negociação de adesão aos fundos: Abordar alunos que ainda não aderiram aos fundos, apresentando as opções disponíveis e negociando condições personalizadas de pagamento.

Cobrança e negociação de débitos: Entrar em contato com alunos inadimplentes para oferecer alternativas de regularização, como parcelamentos ou outras formas de quitação.Retenção de alunos: Atuar na retenção de alunos que manifestarem interesse em cancelar a adesão, conduzindo uma tratativa estratégica para reverter o pedido de desligamento.Suporte geral: Prestar atendimento receptivo para esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre a plataforma, processos e serviços oferecidos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário estar cursando ensino superior, com previsão de formatura a partir de, no mínimo, 1 ano e meio.Habilidades de comunicaçãoConhecimentos intermediários no pacote officeMODALIDADE DE TRABALHO: Presencial (primeiro mês), posteriormente 100% REMOTO
