Você será nosso principal defensor de novas funcionalidades e seus benefícios!Aqui você irá participar do desenvolvimento de novos produtos, auxiliará na gestão de nosso portfólio e no desenvolvimento de nossas marcas.Somos um time inovador em busca de pessoas dinâmicas e talentosas, apaixonadas por produtos e novas tecnologias, que tenham facilidade em aprender e que buscam um local para mostrar suas capacidades.#VemPraRandoncorp #VemPraFrasleResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAs atividades na área de Marketing do Produto serão:Apoiar no processo de identificação de oportunidades de mercado, se conectando e entendendo as necessidades dos clientes, com o objetivo de gerir o ciclo de vida de uma carteira de produtos (lançamentos de novos produtos, posicionamento comercial e otimização do portfólio); Apoiar no monitoramento da necessidade de certificação de produtos no mercado de atuação, juntamente com as áreas de interface da empresa, avaliando e buscando atender as exigências dos órgãos certificadores;Fornecer informações para a gestão, auxiliando na preparação de previsões de vendas e estratégias de produtos de curto e longo prazo.;Auxiliar na divulgação de novos produtos, desenvolvendo planos integrados com as áreas: vendas, marketing e produção, garantindo requisitos propostos e acompanhando a performance junto a clientes;Acompanhar as tendências/benchmarkings de mercado, realizado comparativos de nossas linhas de produtos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar do processo seletivo, fique atento aos requisitos necessários:Obrigatório:Estar cursando Graduação em Engenharia ou Administração de Empresas.Diferenciais: Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis será considerado um diferencial;Conhecimento em Idiomas (inglês e espanhol);Conhecimento de Excel (Intermediário à Avançado - para tratamento de dados);Conhecimento em BI (business intelligence);Leitura e interpretação de desenhos.Informações adicionaisHorário do Estágio:6h diárias - Turno 4 - Das 07h30 às 14h20 (com 50 minutos de intervalo);8h diárias - Turno 4 - Das 07h30 às 16h20 (com 50 minutos de intervalo).
