A missão do cargo: ajudar a manter a operação da Brandness funcionando e segura, cuidando dos acessos, dos equipamentos e das ferramentas do time, e apoiando a construção de sistemas e automações internas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo seu dia a dia na Brandness, você vai fazer na prática:Controlar acessos e usuários das ferramentas da empresa, executando a entrada e a saída de pessoas (admissão e desligamento) seguindo a política de acessos da área. Manter o inventário de tecnologia atualizado: equipamentos, licenças, sistemas, contratos e responsáveis. Atender e registrar chamados de primeiro nível (N1), apoiando a estruturação do service desk e da base de conhecimento. Apoiar as rotinas de infraestrutura: configuração de notebooks e periféricos, Google Workspace, backup, monitoramento e acompanhamento de incidentes. Ajudar no desenvolvimento e na manutenção de sistemas internos, automações e integrações entre plataformas. Documentar processos, configurações e procedimentos para que o conhecimento não fique na cabeça de uma pessoa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você deve ser/ter para esta vaga:Ensino superior cursando em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Noções de infraestrutura de TI: redes, sistemas operacionais e configuração de equipamentos. Base em lógica de programação e interesse em desenvolvimento. Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e vontade real de usar IA (Claude, ChatGPT etc.) para aprender, programar e automatizar. Organização, discrição com informações sensíveis e postura de serviço: a área existe para os outros times funcionarem.Será um diferencial se você tiver:Experiência prévia ou projetos com suporte técnico, help desk ou administração de Google Workspace / Microsoft 365. Conhecimento em Python, JavaScript ou SQL. Familiaridade com APIs, webhooks ou ferramentas de automação (n8n, Make, Zapier). Interesse ou noções de segurança da informação e LGPD.
