Estagiário(a) de Engenharia responsável por apoiar atividades técnicas em diferentes áreas da empresa, vivenciando uma formação prática e integrada. Durante o programa, terá a oportunidade de rotacionar por diferentes áreas de negócio permitindo uma visão ampla e sistêmica da companhia. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições: Apoiar as equipes técnicas nas rotinas de operação, manutenção e controle de processos.Acompanhar inspeções, conferências e atividades de campo para entendimento dos sistemas e equipamentos.Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios, planilhas, análises de desempenho e indicadores operacionais.Participar de projetos de eficiência, melhorias contínuas e padronização de processos.Contribuir para o levantamento de dados, consolidação de informações e elaboração de documentos técnicos.Apoiar testes, medições e verificações de campo conforme orientações da liderança técnica.Colaborar na execução de estudos, desenhos técnicos, fluxogramas ou diagramação quando necessário.Participar de reuniões, apresentações e ciclos de aprendizagem, fortalecendo a visão integrada das áreas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações: Cursando Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção, Energia, Química, ou correlatas)com término previsto para dezembro/2027.Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de estágio e rodar por diferentes departamentos.Conhecimento básico em pacote Office (principalmente Excel).Noções de leitura e interpretação de diagramas, processos ou documentação técnica.Interesse em atuar em áreas industriais, técnicas ou comercial no segmento de utilidades com disposição para aprender na prática.Competências Desejadas:Proatividade e vontade de aprender.Raciocínio lógico e capacidade analítica.Organização e atenção aos detalhes.Boa comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes áreas.Adaptabilidade diante de rotinas diversas e ambientes técnicos.Informações adicionaisInformações adicionais: Plano Odontológico;Plano de Saúde;Seguro de vida;Vale Refeição;Gympass;Vale Transporte ou Cartão Mobilidade.
