Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a execução dos processos de Gestão da Estratégia e Gestão de Metas da companhia;Auxiliar na consolidação, organização e atualização de informações estratégicas;Apoiar a preparação de materiais, relatórios, indicadores e apresentações gerenciais;Contribuir com os rituais de governança relacionados ao acompanhamento de metas e resultados;Realizar análises de dados e apoiar a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;Dar suporte às interações com diferentes áreas do negócio para acompanhamento de planos de ação e metas estratégicas;Apoiar atividades relacionadas aos programas e iniciativas de inovação, quando demandado;Auxiliar na Produção relatórios relacionados aos processos de inovação e estratégia;Elaborar apresentações com auxílio do time;Apoio na realização de eventos;Apoio na atualização dos sistemas de gestão utilizados na área;Auxiliar na atualização de indicadores da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão de Processos ou áreas correlatas, a partir do 3º semestre; Ter perfil analítico e de organização; Interesse por estratégia, gestão, indicadores e melhoria contínua; Afinidade com dados e ferramentas digitais; Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal; Curiosidade e interesse em aprender sobre o agronegócio e conhecer diferentes áreas do negócio; Disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas diárias, de segunda a sexta-feira.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Bolsa auxílio;Vale refeição/alimentação e vale transporte;Seguro de vida;Oportunidade de aprendizado em uma empresa líder do agronegócio;Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo;Programa de formação de estagiários.
