Responsabilidades e atribuições Como ESTAGIÁRIO(A) JURÍDICO, você será responsável por:Apoio nas demandas consultivas e regulatórias das Concessionárias do grupo.1. Prestar auxílio aos advogados da empresa na elaboração de peças e pareceres, bem como na instrução documental dessas;2. Auxiliar nas atividades delegadas ao departamento, como acompanhamento na leitura do Diário Oficial de interesse das Concessionárias;3. Preparar estudos e levantamentos legais, doutrinários e/ou jurisprudenciais para apoiar a assessoria jurídica;4. Acessar e controlar o sistema de controle de correspondências;5. Acessar e controlar pastas e arquivos jurídicos, bem como inserir dados no sistema informatizado da Assessoria Jurídica;6.Realizar diligências externas visando à extração de cópias, junto a Fóruns, Varas do Trabalho, Ministério Público, Delegacias e demais órgãos públicos e/ou privados, bem como realizar outras diligências possíveis ao cargo exercido;7. Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios, planilhas, apresentações e tabelas para a assessoria jurídica;7.Organização do arquivo físico, digitalização de processos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ importante para nós que você tenha:Superior cursando em Direito (preferencialmente os 2 últimos anos);Disponibilidade para atuar na modalidade 100% presencial (de segunda a sexta-feira, por 6 horas diárias);Conhecimento e habilidade em pacote Office (Excel e Word);Boas habilidades de escrita e elaboração de respostas;Resida na cidade de Ribeirão Preto/SP.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:  Vale Refeição ou Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida;Day Off Aniversário;Plataforma de Bem-Estar;UAD - Universidade Arteris de Desenvolvimento.
